I have a AC unit that takes an older brand of refrigerant. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone who put me on hold to confirm with the technician that my unit could be service. After the technician got here he read the label on the AC confirmed the coolant needed and said they don't carry that coolant and that I would need a new AC for $10k. He charged me $89 when all he did was read the label on the back of the unit. The person on the phone said the diagnostic visit was only $39. After I put up a fuss he didn't charge me because he said the receptionist lied about the AC coolant. I told him they advertised the R22 coolant on their website but according to the tech they don't carry it. I think he's the liar.

We have been using Haller since they installed our HVAC system in 2015. Their Customer Service Reps and HVAC Technicians are always courteous and thorough. We have never had an issue we we have been down for any extended period. We have our unit serviced twice a year for preventative maintenance and never had an issue that could not be quickly resolved.
