Our warranty company assigned this fake business to repair the sump pump. He came and got the $75 deposit on a Friday and said he would be back on Saturday. Never showed up, never called. I called many times and he never answered, he sent a text saying he would call me but never did. Meanwhile, my basement filled up with 3 inches of water. The home warranty company said they could only reassign the call and it would take 24 hours. I had to call another plumber who came out and resolved everything. Like other posters said, this guy is a con artist.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. Very unprofessional! The guy said he was on his way to my house several times and never should up. Started at 9am and NEVER SHOWED UP. He stopped answering his phone. I do not understand why someone would waste a persons time like that. I took off of work for no reason. Do not use this company, you will regret it.

Save yourself from headache. This company came to my home and promised they would fix the problem. Didn't fix anything. Left with the promise to come back the next day.....no show!! After we called, asked if they could come next day.
