They answered the phone right away, were able to diagnose my problem and were able to come out within a business day for a fair price. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

What could have turned into a bad situation with an opportunist actually became a situation where I was put at ease. Paul reassured me this was a temporary problem that he could fix, and he did. He was knowledgable and explained to me what the job entailed so I understood the reasonable cost of the job. He solved a major plumbing problem. He was very professional and exceeding my expectations. Because of his efficiency I'm now going to have some work done that I've been putting off till ""I get a plumber."" Who am I gonna call? Paul knows nothing except how to guess at huge price, triple what it ought to. I get his rediculous email quote. On a $5000.00 plus job. It has my name and the mondo price only. Run from this kid.

I called Mr. Hall to fix a leak in my toilet that was dripping into the basement. He arrived at 7pm on a Friday, replaced a wax ring and charged me $300 and told me that it was still dripping and he would have to come back on Monday to finish the job. He had me sign a bill and told me that he was going to break the bill down into two separate jobs, although the toilet was still leaking and the job was unfinished. I paid him and gave him a deposit he said he would need for materials. He came back on Monday and when he arrived he could not physically walk up the steps into my house, he grabbed a coat hanger that was drilled into wood studs and pulled it out of the wall leaving two holes in the wall so that he could enter the house and never said anything to me about it.. just set it on my kitchen counter for me to find when he was gone. It took him and his apprentice 5 hours to finish the job and he charged me $109 per hour to replace the 3 inches of PVC pipe and then handed me a second bill of $650....it cost me $900 to have Mr. Hall and his apprentice fix the toilet and when he left my bathroom was stained with sewage that i cannot scrub off, the bathroom and kitchen still smell awful. The pipe in the basement is still leaking and he said that he would require another deposit to fix that job. They left plastic shavings on the floor of my kitchen from sawing the PVC pipes. Mr. Hall was the plumber for this house for the past 10 years and I will never use him again.
