Terrible service- they took three hours to put the dryer onto the washer and attach the vent pipe to the wall and of course charged me for three hours of work! What is more- while doing it they screwed two holes into the pipe so I had to call another plumber to fix the problem- open the wall- replace the pipe. All in all this has costed me more that $1000. Very disappointed and the company refuses to take responsibility and to come to an agreement about how to address this problem.

I have had Andrew E Hall Plumbing out to my house twice in the past two weeks and just had to call for a third new service call. I love how easy and fast it is to book a plumber! Great customer service when you call! We have had the same two plumbers, Greg and George, both times, and they were fast, efficient and friendly. I love this company!

We have used Andrew Hall now for about 6 years . We have used them to replace hot water heater- replace A/C heating unit - leak in ceiling and a leak behind shower wall . They have always been excellent we love them - very efficient- courteous- and we find their prices very fair - I was very surprised to see negative reviews. Thank you Andrew Hall for always being there when we need you

Completely fraudulent, send people that do not know what to do and then send a bill for their time. I mean who sends two people and charge plumber rates for no work. Lawyer contacted will have some fun with the reviews BBB etc STAY AWAY there are enough FB reviews in local forums so should have known

After having a very good experience with their plumbing repair services, we reached out to them when we had an issue with the furnace. They spent almost three hours and still didn't fix it. However, they wanted to charge us for all this time and a temporary part. Once they would receive a new part, we would have to pay again for the new part and the time installing it. Once we pushed back for these unfair charges, they decided to reduce the time to be charged for. However, they increase an hourly rate. Not professional at all. Obviously, they are lacking experience in fixing furnaces and are unfair in charging for their services. We will not use them again.

Have had them to the house 2x's. First time last winter for frozen pipes. Showed up promptly and resolved the issue. Second time had leak behind my kitchen sink. Jack returned my call and again, showed up on time. Nice guy. Reliable.

Not professional and the work they did caused more damage which they won't fix. Avoid!!

I'm not sure how they differ from other plumbing & heating contractors, but we were not at all happy with their work. They installed a baseboard water heating system in our home that rarely works and is a complete eyesore. There are pipes all over the place in our boiler room and the system they installed has already failed twice. they also put in a sump pump, but put zero thought into where the water pumped would go. They put the pipe right outside the house, so the water pumps out, seeps back into the well and pumps again in an endless loop. Not at all happy with the level of work they performed for the price they charged, and they will nickel and dime you down to every washer they use. To add insult to injury, the owner will show up to collect his money wearing a t-shirt with a picture of his yacht. I guess someone needs to pay for the upkeep. Stay far away from them!!

I've used this company several times and I used to think they were good, just pricy. But after the last couple of times, they are just ok. The work is OK, but we only have needed simple repairs anyway and honestly, I hate it that they don't wear booties when they come in my home. They probably have worked in public rest rooms, and other nasty places and then they wear those shoes in my house where we all remove our shoes as soon as we come in. The drop cloth they put down leaves more dirt on the floor than it protects it. Also, as soon as I left the guy in my master bath to work on my shower (just to adjust the factory temp setting) and went downstairs, he uses my toilet without even asking! There were 2 guys at my home for exactly 20 minutes, the other guy replaced the kitchen sink basket and they charged $50 for the part (which was $13 at home depot) and $200 for labor. So, I'm done with them.

Moved to Chester in November...would have left it it wasn't for this company.
They fixed all plumbing issues, installed new bathrooms, hooked up pool heater, and then fixed an incorrectly wired HVAC system.
I'm not going to say they are inexpensive - they are not. However, if you want it done correctly, this is who to call. They are prompt, responsible, and knowledgeable. I have gotten to know about 6 employees and they are some of the nicest people around.
