Cant thank Doug the half price plumber enough. He repaired our water heater for cheap after we were told by another company it had to be replaced entirely. He came on very short notice and was ON TIME, which is rare for most, even though it was a Saturday AND holiday. Very grateful for his service.

Hired him to fix a tub that wouldn't stop leaking. Guy seemed super cool was even going to hire him for more work. However after he left out shower no longer has full range of hot of cold. It's either super hot or cold. And the temp is on opposite sides. Also our shower turns off in the center now never did that before. When my husband told him about it he said ""oh yeah I noticed a piece was missing from before"" first off if it was why wouldn't you have said something and second it worked fine without that piece so I don't know how after 5 minutes of work it changed so drastically. He then a day later sent my husband the piece and said here's what you need if you want to order it. So basically we paid 260$ for a simple problem and now have a even more expensive and bigger problem. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent customer service! They did a great job clearing a problem in two of the bathrooms in my home, cleaned up their mess, and charged much less than I have had to pay in the past. Will definitely call them again if there is another problem down the road.
