My AC unit stopped working and needed to be replaced this summer. We decided to replace our 15yo furnace at the same time. Henry Haley (owner) came to my home on a Saturday to give us a quote. We received the detailed quote on Monday and the installation was completed on Wednesday! Andrea, who I communicated with on the phone and by email about financing, was very helpful and professional. The technicians Damien, Erich, Andrew, and Robert installed the units and were on time, efficient, polite, and did a great job. We are very happy with the entire installation process. Now that we have high efficiency AC and Furnace, we wish we would have replaced our older units sooner! We are VIP members and will continue to have Haley service our HVAC units. We moved in and smelled gas when using the oven. After calling Consumers, they determined we had two gas leaks. We called Haley Mechanical and they came out that day! Their technician was excellent- fixed the problems and told me what he was doing, and the price was more than fair. Will definitely use them again if we ever need more work done in the future! I am only basing this review on the salesman. I did not have any work performed. We wanted a price for a new furnace and A/C. Tom came out today 2/20/19. Went downstairs to look at the furnace and I said I wanted an 80% furnace. He looked at me if I was crazy and said "" why do you want an 80%? I explained and he said "" I only sell high efficiency"", "" we rarely install 80%"". His words, not mine. But i'm sure the business will say he never said that.....

That's fine, but I""M the customer and that is what I wanted! Don't try and sell me something I don't want. Out of the 3 other companies I called, none of them tried to convince me to do high efficiency. So, guess who's not getting the job???

We use Haley for all our needs. We had a generator installed by them. And recently had a leaking pipe replaced. Small jobs or big jobs they have met all my expectations.

Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving. I called Haley first thing Friday morning and they had someone out in a few hours - they even made it sound like a few hours was a bit longer than the normal wait time! The gentleman who ran the diagnostic was thorough and professional. By Monday, our part was ordered. I called on Tuesday to get a status update and told them I would be gone on Wednesday so it would be great if someone could come out before then. Within hours, the tech had arrived and the part was replaced in about 20 minutes. Would recommend and will continue to call!

I had a new furnace and a/c installed. The salesperson explained things thoroughly, the installers came on the dates promised, and everything has been working well. My neighbor recommended Haley to me, and I would recommend them to others as well.

Satisfied with prompt response. However, the service fee was $100.00 for a 10 minute diagnosis(bad gas valve on my hot water tank). They attempted to charge me $700 dollars for a $320.00 gas valve plus labor.
