I paid for a toilet to be installed incorrectly, then the plumber ruined my toilet and I had to purchase a new one. The new plumber removed and installed. I was charged for that (two more hours). Total charge $875!! Biggest rip off and haley was not willing to stand behind their issues.

My HVAC is old and I want to do a diagnostic and budget for a new one in case it fails. So I call Haley Mechanical but my experience is terrible. The technician is knowledgeable but I'm deeply unsatisfied with the customer service.

(1) Their email says I can respond to the email, but nobody really responds my questions until I call them. It seems that they are not aware of the emails *ever*. They always need me to call them and never remembers my question.
(2) They always claim they can submit the DTE rebate form, but never submits it even *after I call them twice*. The customer service said she was not responsible for it and transferred me to a voicemail.
(3) I told them I also want a quote for a new HVAC system so that I can budget for it. But they are not able to do it in the same visit of diagnostic. I do not want them to come again since I'm scheduling service during COVID.

I feel they only want to charge me $150 for the visit but never care about the customers any more, since I'm not interested in installing a new HVAC *now*. But there could be different reasons.

Why did I suffer through overpriced underwhelming service before with some of the most expensive equipment in my house? Bought a new furnace from Haley when mine went out just before Thanksgiving. Best decision ever. After other places ""fixed"" stuff only to have it fall apart a week or so later, it has given me peace of mind to have the experienced, knowledgeable and friendly people at Haley programmed into my phone for all HVAC emergencies. Love this company.

I had a great experience with Haley Mechanical. Jessica & Kelsey were wonderful over the phone. They were kind, professional, & helpful. I had a potentially dangerous electrical issue and Kelsey told me what to do to ensure we were safe and scheduled an electrician to come out right away. I called at 10:30 a.m. and the problem was resolved the same day by 1:00 p.m. Matt the electrician was friendly and professional. The price was completely reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I will call them again in the future when I need electrical work.

Fantastic service! Arrived even earlier than promised. Worker was terrific - he explained what he was working on, and worked efficiently and carefully. Work space was left remarkably clean when finished. And the price was fantastic -- I had similar work done a few months ago in Florida at almost twice the price. Recommend highly.

On time and clean work while replacing a hot water heater. Glad I didn't have to haul the old one. Had an expansion tank installed as part of the replacement. After work was completed, I called Haley to ask if a support for the expansion tank was required. They stated no, but would have a specialist come out and install one anyway. Lance did a great job, ans thank the crew at Haley or their response

I just had a gas line ran for a gas fireplace and they are very professional and kind . The guy went above and beyond my expectations and even installed the gas logs for me and made sure everything was in working order before he left . I would highly recommend Haley Mechanical A+

I called because my elderly father had knocked the toilet loose not realizing how much weight he was putting on the grab bars and they got out there and fixed it immediately. They really understood how important it was.
