Technician arrived on-site to help locate a waterline break. Noted to us that it would cost $185 to start digging. We approved this. Technician dug at location for approximately 10 minutes before reporting that it was too deep to dig by hand and needed a much greater excavation plan. Technician then got on his cell phone to discuss that plan with the office. He was on the phone for over 20 minutes and reported back a proposal of approximately $3,000. We disagreed and asked that he continue digging. While still on the phone, he very purposefully spoke loudly to the other end of the phone to say that 'we were wasting his time and our money'. He reluctantly agreed to dig for another 30 minutes after we noted that we would not be hiring him to bring in an excavator. He dug for 22 minutes and then rang the door bell to say he was finished. We paid him (what a waste of $185!!). After he left, I went outside myself and dug for 30 minutes. In that time, I exposed to plumbing leak and inventoried the damage. After a trip to home depot, I fixed the leak and backfilled the hole. To think, your technician tried to upsell me on a $3,000 repair that would have also required major landscaping damage (that was NOT included). As far as I'm concerned, Halcomb Plumbing is on my list of DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND.

They had to cancel on the first day ,BUT they did call . They were busy fixing frozen from our recent cold snap . Day two was exactly on time and at the quoted price ( which was below several other estimates ) . They quickly installed a new toilet and there were no extra charges . Could not have been more pleased !

I had a leak. The technician that came out was nice enough (although he was on a personal call while """"doing the work"""" half of the time he was here), but he was adamant that the leak I called about wasn't a plumbing leak because I didn't have any plumbing in the area of the leak. He recommended I call an HVAC guy. I just had an HVAC technician come out and HE confirmed that is is, in fact, a plumbing pipe leak. He showed it to me and I can even touch and feel the water leaking on the pipe. $80 on the plumbing service call that gave me the wrong diagnosis completely (and made me spend another $65 on an HVAC service call) - seems like I got duped. Would not recommend.

We were VERY dissatisfied with the overall experience with Halcomb Plumbing. First of all, it took two separate calls to set up the appointment because they did not return our call when we left a message on their voice mail. Secondly, they were 45 minutes late and never bothered to call to let anyone know they were running late. Thirdly, they were extremely expensive and charged $375.00 for 1 hour of work performed by Freddie & TJ. They unclogged 3 drains and replaced a fill valve on the upstairs toilet. Lastly, we called Dave Halcomb the owner to express our dissatisfaction and he seemed very concerned and said he would look into and call us back. Unfortunately, he never called us back. Work Performed 07/25/17

I needed a new hot water heater recently and chose Halcomb Plumbing. They were very friendly and professional. The work was done on time and was done very well. I had no problems with this company and would definitely recommend them.

I was very dissatisfied with service and cost of service call. I called to schedule a plumber to come out because there was an issue where the toilet over flowed. I scheduled an appointment and was never quoted a service call over the phone. The tech came out we missed him since we couldn't hear the doorbell and he left. We did not get a phone call that he was ever t the house until we called an hour later and found out he was there and gone. They did dispatch another person out who turned the water back on since it was turned off because of the over flow issue and flushed the toilet 8 times and said there is nothing wrong. he called the home owner and suggested they buy a new toilet. service call $ 145 highway robbery!!! if i would have known it was that much I would have called around. He took my credit card with him back to the truck because he did not have have his paperwork or anything with him, he carbon copied my card and a day later I'm getting phone calls that I need to pay them because he wrote my credit card wrong... simply terrible.

I have been trying to find our """"go-to"""" plumber and we finally have!! The office was responsive and our plumber showed up earlier in our window of time, as I requested (if it was possible). Freddie dealt with our situation, which was a problem left by our kitchen contractor. He was informative about some other questions that I had as well. Reasonably priced and professional. Call Halcomb plumbing!

We are a military family and rarely live in the area of our home we own in Roswell We are highly dependent on contacting a reasonable and reliable company to service our home in Roswell. Halcomb Plumbing immediately scheduled an appointment with us. They not only showed up in a more than timely fashion, but completed the work necessary for a very reasonable price. Thank you guys - we will be contacting you in the future and referring you to our friends.

Great Company!! I had a tankless water heater installed. Professional and friendly staff.

We have used Halcomb Plumbing several times over the last few years in our 21 year old house, mostly soon after moving in. They installed a somewhat complex shower head, unclogged a severely clogged kitchen sink, repaired the shower, replaced a broken outdoor faucet and replaced our water heater. They have always been very honest and professional and they get the job done correctly. We highly recommend them!
