I needed a new outdoor faucet and called Halco. They sent out two men who had to not only replace the faucet, but do extensive work inside in order to connect it. They were professional and courteous. The job was completed in less than two hours and i am completely satisfied. They called to let me know when they were arriving and did exactly what they said they would do. Couldn't be happier.

Our service man was Awesome! He came in and did his job. We knew our furnace was failing, and he showed us how bad it was. I was HVAC certified back in the 80's, and he showed my Wife and I everything we needed to know about how Bad our furnace was. Thank You Halco, we love you.

I had Halco install a Mitsubishi split heating/cooling system a couple of years ago. The installer put it on the wall of the house with lag bolts! Whenever the unit was on, it vibrated through the wall sounding like a truck in the driveway. Didn't think much about it until one day I looked out and saw the unit laying on the ground. It had fallen off the wall! I immediately called Halco and they had someone at the house in less than a hour. Then the company president showed up at my house very apologetic. They had the problem resolved in no time. The unit was placed on a stand and not connected to the house. So I thought the problem was completely resolved until yesterday I was pressure washing the house and noticed the screw holes in my vinyl siding from the original install. I thought I shouldn't be responsible for fixing their error. So I called Halco again. Within a few minutes, the company President called me, again he was very apologetic, and said he would have someone there that day to fix it. Sure enough, the siding was replaced that afternoon. Very professional company. Thank you Halco.

We had an issue with our water heater that Halco installed 7 years ago, we are on a well. Halco was here the same day, fixed our issue, and now we have hot water again. Halco has always been professional (yearly maintenance) quick to respond and competent. We will call no one else for our heating and cooling issues.

I've always felt treated honestly and fairly, from hot water heaters installed and replaced, heating systems installed, upgrades, the Energy Audit and insulation upgrades, and service, for over 30 years. Had a service call yesterday, and everything went smooth as usual. Easy to set up the appointment, too.
