The previous homeowners had years of service with Mike Hakala, so we knew exactly who to call when we had a problem. The friendly person that answered the office phone was happy to get in touch with Mike for us if we didn't have his direct number (we did). Mike was busy but returned the call promptly and assured us that he'd stop by soon. Within two hours he and his crew were here to assess the situation with our well. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, wasting no time to check the pump and well. It didn't take long at all. We are very grateful for Mike's experience with the property and are super thriled that he could see us so quickly.
