Does Hajoca come from the name of the town where it was created? That’s not the case either. Founded in Philadelphia, PA, Hajoca remains headquartered near the city.

Did a Mr. Hajoca exist? Not quite, but you're on the right track!

We derive our name from the last names of three visionaries who saw the necessity for indoor plumbing (a relatively recent idea in the 19th century) and promised to make it widely available: William H. Haines, Thomas J. Jones, and Joel Cadbury: thus HAJOCA.

Today, we are recognized as the nation's foremost privately owned wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies.
