Haining/AirTech recently installed a new boiler in our office building as part of a general renovation. After the install was completed (and paid for) it was found that heat was not being distributed throughout the building as it should have been. After attempting to diagnose the problem the Haining tech promised to come back but never did nor did the company ever contact me. A plumber from another company was called in and quickly diagnosed the problem as an installation error and repaired it. I went back to Haining for compensation since it was their error that made the additional repair necessary. Since they were given a chance to fix it but didn't, an owner of the company told me to my face, they would ""make it right"". Almost a month later I'm still waiting for a check. Haining used to be a reliable company that I would always recommend but no more.

well they lived up to the one star reviews as previously posted. we used this company two times prior for swamp cooler, but this call was for our water heater. called at 8:30am was told employee would be here approx. between 12 and 2. company called and tech ran into a more complicated issue and would send someone else around 3. he arrived at 4:30pm. took pics of the tank and said he thought he might have a part at the shop and would return in about 45 mins. at 6:05 I called company and spoke to emergency tech. the tech that was here said he tried to call me to give me update 3 times and I had no call log on my phone to verify this. we were left blowing in the wind. another bad experience from service company since moving from PA. genie showman clifton

Call around to a few different places and got quotes for mini split (ductless ac) mind you this is all for the same brand.
Airtech-15,000$
Other - 8,900$
Other 2 - 9,000$
Other 3 -9,600
When I asked airtech why so much more and I quote because we do better work. I dont care if they are installing them and giving me free beer while they do it it's not worth almost dubble the cost.

We had great luck with the former owners and they earned a lot of business because of their customer service. Since the new ownership, we have scheduled them three times to come do a job for us. Once was rescheduled, the next one, an excuse was made that they texted and we never answered; the last time we were told that the plumber was on another job and he would call and get there when he got there. We were charged over 200.00 for an estimate. To be fair, they did have to investigate some issues. However, that is an exorbitant amount to charge for estimating work and the website advertises free estimates. We will use someone else to do our future work.

The previous owners of my home before obviously loved this company as they had used them for several years. I do not. They have been out to look at non flushing toilets at $89 about four times never with a fix. They have serviced my home since I purchased it and this year I had a huge leak that was pouring water into my home through the swamp cooler vent. I also now have a huge hole in my bathroom ceiling that the owner refused to acknowledge came from some shoddy work at drainage from the swamp cooler and stated he did not care if he lost long standing customer business. Clearly this company is a little big for its britches as it provides substandard work and fosters piss poor customer relations. They've lost any of my business and I now tell everyone to avoid them at all costs!

We've been using this service for about 10 years and have never had a problem with their service. We just recently had a problem with our kitchen faucet. We definitely needed a new one and they came out that same afternoon and replaced it with a new one. Looks great and works great. We have them come out and do our summer/winter service on our swamp cooler and have never had any problems. They are on our speed-dial. Prices seem on par with the national standards I've seen on the internet.

Rip Off! I just moved to Palisade. My old place had squatters in it and they did a lot of damage.
After multiple daily service calls and $700, my furnace was still not working. I had to call on a weekend, $133.50 per hour, the man said, what I had already concluded, that it was the draft diffuser blower. I took a picture of the model number and Googled it for prices. The very Highest price I found online was $159. Curt at Haining quoted me $359 for the same part. A $228 difference! I ordered the part online and paid additional for quicker shipping and still only paid $171. Someone installed it for me for free, it took 10 minutes.
I am a single, disabled, older woman. My total monthly income is less then $1k per month. Haining depleted my savings, leaving me nothing to repair my ceiling that is caving in and my toilet that is falling through the floor. They were aware of my situation and still, they ripped me off!
I urge everyone who has done business with Haining to go over their invoices. There is a very good chance, you were ripped off too!
I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and suggest others do so as well. The BBB told me there is already two complaints against them.
Take care everyone and good luck with your next plumbing company. I hope they treat you better then Haining Plumbing & Heating did!

6/16/2016 Excellent service. We've used the company for years to service our a/c system. They are knowledgeable, on time, courteous and go the extra mile for us. I highly recommend them.

Ugh. Really long, but will be worth it for you to read! I have been dealing with this co. For 5 years! At the end of 2010 I had a new furnace installed by them. Everything was great aside from being a little expensive, but after just a few days my furnace was only blowing out cold air. I called them and the lady proceeded to tell me it can take awhile for the air to get warm, ""these things take time to warm up"". I knew that wasn't the problem, so I demanded they come out and take a look. all they did was change the filter, the new filter mind you, and told me to make sure to keep a clean filter. Not even 24 hours later it started blowing out cold air again. I called them back and it was as if they almost didn't want to deal with me. The same lady said well they couldn't find anything wrong. I was rightfully pissed, but I didn't have the money for them to come out again. After all, I had just paid over 3,000 dollars for a new furnace. I just left it alone. My furnace worked when it wanted to, maybe 30 percent of the time & we mainly relied on portable heaters. After the 4th year went by, I was tired of freezing my ass off so I called them and the same lady was like well its out of warranty, We'll have to charge you to come look at it. I wasn't happy, but It needed to be fixed and since they were the ones that installed it, I kept hoping they would be the ones to figure it out. I had them send their most knowledgeable guy to come take a look at it. At 70 dollars an hour he turned down the fan and changed the filter. It worked! My furnace was finally working as it was meant to. Fast forward 6 weeks and it started blowing out cold air again! I called them back and she told me I would be charged again bc it had been more than 30 days!! A lot can happen in 6 weeks she said. That was the final straw! I wish I had learned my lesson sooner. All they did was overcharge me every time they came out and they never even fixed the problem! Don't waste your time and money like I did! These people don't know what they're doing!

My Airtech bill is as follows: Diagnostic $59.00, minor duct repair ( some silver colored tape ) $218.00 Replace a one year old water pump $154.00. This widowed senior, on fixed income, wrote a check for $431.00. I do not have this type of income. It has really hurt my bank account and I feel that the amount was excessive. My friends were astonished at the amount. Joan Chaffin
