Plumber came to my unit to clear my drain and pushed the clogs to my neighbors unit which stopped up her plumbing, causing my neighbor to hire another plumber. The plumber refused to give me a bill and charged 1,500.00. He also told me the HOA would pay my bill. Three weeks later and many calls later, the company finally sent me the bill. The plumber also told me he gave my bill to a neighbor that he was talking with out side, he also talked to the HOA president and told the 3 of us a completely different story regarding what they actually did in my unit. Next step Small claims court!

Had a sewer line leak. Was referred to Haines Drains Plumbing and Drain Cleaning by another company that came out and ascertained that the issue was beyond their abilities. We expected to have to wait despite it being an emergency situation with an unstoppable leak, but the two guys (forgot their names) arrived quickly and within the time window they stated on the phone. They were able to problem solve and locate the source of our issue and repair it without a bunch of unnecessary and costly work. They did the repairs and cleaned out the lines and we're back in business with no more leaking. They were both friendly and were happy to explain things to us as they went along. We really appreciate what they did.

I really needed some help today and l basically got sent 2 dullards. I made the job as accessible as i could, I knew it wouldn't be easy, but I was there to help. These guys didn't even try. Called their boss which where I assume they learned their work ethic and barely 20 minutes there and their wrapping up their gear saying there's nothing they can do. Wow! I guess Haines drains can only work in ideal conditions.
