On August 28 2024, I payed $500 as prepayment for the repair of my bathroom floor. I received a call from my Son from the hospital that night and then called Hailley""s Pro Service and explained my that would I need to help my son. I informed Halley's Pro service before 7:00AM August 29, 2024 and conveyed my emergency and was informed my down payment would be mailed. Still waiting with no response or refund . My only option now is to inform The Better Business Association on this matter.

I hired Hailey's Pro Services to repair some holes in my ceiling. The process was great: prompt estimate, fast scheduling and job completion, and I'm very happy with the result. Meanwhile, since that went so well, I've been asking them to do other jobs that keep popping up: repairing brickwork, fixing a broken interior door window, and replacing windows. So far, the communication has been excellent, and I'm very happy with the value -- the cost and quality of the work. I intend to keep hiring them for other jobs as they arise.
