I had a wonderful experience yesterday hiring Haigler Plumbing through Yelp. At first, I wasn't sure I wanted to hire someone with no reviews. But his company was certified by Yelp and De'Ondre replied to my request quickly, was polite, sounded knowledgeable and his estimate was very reasonable.

De'Ondre arrived at my house at the scheduled time to review everything in person so he could be sure what parts he needed to get. He went out to get them and returned quickly to complete the entire job. He kept in contact to let me know he was on his way.

My plumbing issues were resolved quickly and easily. I could tell De'Ondre has a lot of experience. He told me about how he grew up around plumbers and started learning how to do this work while he was very young. He also has his plumbing license, and just started his own full-service plumbing business.

I happened to mention a few other things I needed to have fixed in my house, and he said he does handyman work too. He replaced a broken door handle and fixed a few minor things that were driving me crazy.

I am proud to be Haigler Plumbing's first review on Yelp. De'Ondre is kind, communicative and personable, and quite talented.

I highly recommend him. He even followed up with me this morning to make sure everything he did was to my liking and if I had any problems or questions. This young man has a bright future!
