They have done several jobs for me, even showing up at the last minute on Christmas Eve. I am perplexed at the negative reviews. They have always been professional and economical for me.

He did a good job the hour or so he was here. Not the greatest. Drain was clogged again 2 weeks later. Didn't realize I'd have to pay for use if equipment. Or travel. What should have been around $100-150 cost me $240. And that was after they took off $50 when I called to complain. Still got screwed. I was charged $90/hr for 3 hours. He was here less than an hour and 15 minutes.

The plumber wouldn't give me an estimate, saying it would be a waste of his time. He was unwilling to work with my home warranty company even though he would have only had to make a phone call. He told me it was ""too much of a pain in the ass,"" which is completely unprofessional. I'll gladly give my business to someone else.
