Codie N.Replaced our tankless water heater and the final bill was $11,000. Wrote a letter asking for explanation and they took off $1000. Pretty sure they have no idea what they are doing. Had to have another local company come and redo all of the pipe work from Haid's sloppy installation job. Cost another $2,000. I wouldn't recommend or use them if they were the last available company on earth. I have bills and pictures to document this.
