Company Overview
Charles Hahn founded ""Hahn Plumbing"" in Lewiston, Idaho when he was just 23 years old in 1898. He broadened his operations to incorporate wholesale and retail plumbing within 6 to 7 years. Charles operated from various locations in Lewiston until 1935, when he sold the retail segment and retained the wholesale side. In 1937, Charles Hahn died due to a heart attack. Hahn's built a new warehouse at 2101 Main Street in Lewiston in 1959, which continues to function as the corporate headquarters and primary warehouse. In 1989, Hahn's expanded by acquiring a tool repair business, currently called Hahn Tool Repair, and an equipment rental yard at 324 Thain Rd. in the Lewiston Orchards, which is now Hahn Rental Center. During the next 7 years, Hahn Rental Center expanded to three more locations. These locations are in Kamiah, ID, Moscow, ID, and at their headquarters in downtown Lewiston.
