The Start of a Valued Family Tradition at Hahn Plumbing and Heating
Over time, grandfathers have conveyed crucial lessons to their grandsons: whittling, sharing stories, and the importance of doing a job right.
These lessons, along with others, were passed down from my grandfather...the art of listening to clients, resolving their issues, and aiming for exceptional quality in everything we undertake.
Putting your name on your business, as my grandfather and father did, reflects a dedication to safeguarding your family's reputation through high customer satisfaction.
Today, Hahn Plumbing and Heating continues to honor my grandfather's meticulousness, commitment to quality, and promptness in responding to your inquiries.
We combine classic values with state-of-the-art equipment to provide you with reliable, affordable, and quality solutions for your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning challenges.

We were charged 145.00 to basically have Jim tell us to reset a button. He said he would not charge us anything since he didn't fix anything. He spent more time looking around our entertainment room than anything else. When my husband called to question the charge, he was told he would still have to pay 115.00 for not cancelling (?) Very unprofessional and crooked business.
If I could put negative stars I would. We have to deal with Hahn for our plumbing needs because the company that owns our land has a contract with them. Their receptionist is rude and unprofessional and the office manager is only slightly better; she wouldn't listen to what my mom wanted and talked to her like she was an idiot; my mom was in tears after speaking to both of them. We have had to fight with them over every bill and on this last one the guy that came out was not honest about how long he was here. I can't remember the last time I was so completely disgusted with a company.
We contacted Hahn plumbing to come to our home and disconnect our appliances (refrigerator water line, dishwasher, gas stove, washer and dryer) for a remodel. John was sent out and after him spend two hours on the dishwasher and stove, I disconnected the washer and dryer. Another hour later he had the refrigerator disconnected but had to cap the water line which he, as a plumber, did not have any caps with him so he had to go back to the shop to get one. When he finally finished we were looking at a total of almost 4 hours! The cap for the water line on the refrigerator leaks so it is in a bucket! John said the bill would be about $175-$225 and when we got the bill it was $250 and that was after a phone call to the business because of the time it took to disconnect 3 kitchen appliances that were standard disconnects with no issues other than capping a water line that leaks anyways! I have been through multiple remodels and appliance disconnects and have never had the person take that long. I will NOT be using this company ever again and will certainly spread the word about the service I had.
Karen J.Hours before leaving on vacation, we were in need of a new water heater. Within 3 hours of our call, work was complete. A few weeks ago, they repaired our sprinkler system the same day as the service call. We've used them before for other things & will continue being a devoted customer.
W. L.I contacted Dennis at Hahn Plumbing and recieved a quote for HVAC equipment a couple months back. Prices are comparable to other places in the area. I informed him that we weren't ready to order until we were further in our build. He said it was no problem and to call back when we were ready. He was pleasant and courteous on the phone in the beginning but now I can't get him or anyone else to call me back. It has been almost 3 weeks! I have left several messages with receptionists and was ready to order with this company until now. Its pretty crappy that I have to start all over and find new quotes, especially when it's a business that says they cater to homeowner-builders. Hahn Plumbing and Heating does not apparently. I am glad they blew me off now instead of when I actually spent any money here.
In the summer of 2016, we contacted Hahn heating and Pluming to get a quote for an A/C system install. We had a technician for Hahn come out to complete the quote. We agreed to have them complete the install of the LG mini-split system. Despite some minor drywall damage and dirtying, we were very pleased with the tech and his work.
We called Hahn later that summer on an unrelated issue. The only reason it is pertinent to bring up in this agreement is to raise awareness that during that visit, the tech damaged our new dryer.
Early in the summer of 2017, the mini-split unit in the Master bedroom began to pour water on our heads during the middle of the night. We called Hahn and they had a tech come out. The tech and his assistant took a look at the install which they deemed to be faulty as the condensate tubing above the mini-split system in our bedroom was not installed in a way to allow the water to pump out of the house, but instead it was pooling in the unit and pouring onto our heads. They notified me they had fixed the problem. Again, despite the dirtiness and mess that was left, I was satisfied with the service.
Within weeks, however, the unit was waking us up in the middle of the night as water was pouring on our heads again. I called Hahn frustrated about the unresolved issue, and the same techs came out and said it was actually the pump that was the issue, so they added a new pump into the condensate tubing. Logically, we did not pay for the pump, and the issue was resolved, seemingly.
In the late spring of 2018, I began to notice drywall damage above the mini split system. I called Hahn and was very frustrated as this issue was not resolved. They sent out a new unit of techs which now brought the total number of techs and their assistants up to 6 via 5 different visits to resolve the same issue. What is more frustrating is that the new tech and his assistant notified me that when the tubing was adjusted in the last visit, the techs had not properly put on clamps which had caused the tubing to pop off and pump water not outside, but into our attic causing the drywall damage. The tech stated he had put the tube back on and clamped it.
Within a day of the tech coming out and adjusting the tubing, the unit began pouring water on our heads in the middle of the night again.
Speaking with Dennis the office manager, he admitted that 1) the install was faulty and 2) the repair work of the install was faulty. I asked what he would do in my situation and he said work with another business. I replied, I would love to do that, but as soon as I have another more competent company come work on the unit (the bill being paid for by Hahn) then it absolves Hahn of any liability from an issue stemming from their faulty install and repair since another company had inspected the system more recently. He passed me on to John Hahn to resolve the issue.
John Hahn and I had a brief phone conversation in which he stated this should be a simple issue and he wanted to help resolve it for me by bringing out his top tech with himself to solve the issue once and for all. I agreed. John Hahn Jr. Instead came out and made no different changes. LG had to send their technicians out to identify the issue at which time Hahn said they would fix it and ""graciously"" give me a 1 year warranty to make up for all the trouble I have had. What a joke. Please avoid Hahn heating and plumbing at all cost!
Emily S.Hahn was exactly what we needed and we found them online. We will use them again for our HVAC needs. My husband is very handy and worked on the heater himself. He just wasn't sure it was all the way fixed. Hahn sent out a super expert guy who was nice and quick. He found a wasps nest in our heater unit. We never would have found it.
I am 100% satisfied with Hahn. Over the past month they replaced my water heater, and today they serviced my furnace and AC. The techs are great and always give me good advice on how I can care for this most necessary equipment so it will last longer. The water heater had gone out totally and they were here and had it replaced in a matter of a few hours. And all without making a mess! Doesn't get better than that. I have used Hahn in years past and always very happy with the prompt and efficient service. I highly recommend them.
Wow I can understand if you are understaffed, but the son of the owner did not want to come to our business today, so to make it untenable for us he asked the office to charge us an extra $250 because he didn't feel like coming over. Is this professionalism to you?
Thank you Hahn Plumbing for helping me when I had water coming out of the wall. they came right away and solved the problem so quickly!!!
