The business shows signs of being unworthy of customer trust. The 6/13/22 rebuttal (from an employee James W.) to a recent negative review comes with self-interest attached. While citing no credible evidence to demonstrate that Dawn K. is not an actual customer--just an employee's word that he cannot find a customer under that name--the business chooses to dismiss detailed and specific concerns by attempting to make her credibility disappear. This appears to be a very troubling sign of a business operation in bad faith. Be skeptical.

I have worked here for over 6 Years and we always, always strive for excellent customer service. Most of our customers send in hand written good reviews that we display for our employees to see. (Anyone can see them anytime). The review from Dawn is disheartening and upon further inspection can not find the customer under that name. We are always fair and want to exceed our customers expectations. My colleagues take pride in the work they do. We have been in business for over 50+ years supplying our customers in both residential and commercial work. We also can fill all propane tanks, even RV's.

I'd give them no stars if there was that option. Started out great with service installed when they said. The price quoted was 90$ per hr. When we got the bill they also charged us another 40$ per hr for the. Helper never said a word about that before they sent the workers out. They installed two facets took out garbage disposal,reconnected the sink,put in two lines for LP gas. Before they left they said they checked both lines for LP leakage. We had to call them back the first day for leaky drain in BR where they installed new faucet. Then a few days later for leaking under kitchen sink. To their credit they did come out and fix both those problem promptly. When we got our new gas kitchen range I kept complaining I smelled gas. We thought it was the newness of the appliance as in the manual it said we would smell some odors as the oils used in manufacturing could cause some smells. When. The installers for the free standing gas fireplace came out they walked in the garage and said you have a gas leak. He pulled out the kitchen stove. He could HEAR the leak. Hr noticed right off that the connector was cross threaded. He the. Put on soap and got bubbles. When he took it apart he found the Haggards installer had used the wrong tape on the thread,he had used plumbers tape and the wrong joint compound. He replaced and fixed,tested no further leaks. We took picture and video of gas bubbles on leaking on leaking connection. When we called Haggards they did show ANY concern that we could have had a major explosion,they acted like it was our fault.told us their installers do this all the time. NOT once did they apologize or show any concern. When we asked about the extra charging for helper they replied well if we did not send the helper it would have cost more. NOT the point. The parts they brought to use putting the pipes back together looks like they had pulled them out of a back building,was dirty looking. The sink strainer basket and sink drains came from Ace hardware the. They doubled that price. One would expect they would stock this type of parts. The top off for us is their lack of concern for the gas leak. No remorse,no we are sorry nothing! DO NOT USE HAGGARD PLUMBING
