I live in a house with only one bathroom. When it clogged in the morning, and I couldn't fix it after trying several things, I started calling plumbers in the area. Couldn't find anyone to come for about a week. Hagen was booked solid as well but was willing to come on an after-hours call for me for an extra fee. I jumped at that. It turned out one of their plumbers got done early for the day, so they were able to send him out for a regular-hours call. It turned out to be a bigger problem than just a clog, and they had to bring out bigger equipment to fix it the next morning. But, by 10 a.m. the next morning, the problem was fixed, and the cost was quite reasonable. In addition, they were very kind and cordial to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Actually LOVE Eric. We used him for a renovation few years ago when our house was hit by lightening. Actually fired the first company. We remember when he showed up a year or so later with a spanky new van. Doing well
So maybe with growth things slide a bit. We called last week as our outdoor spicket was faultering(they had installed it few yrs ago) and not sure it was working properly from the get go. Regardless, the tech came and didn't have the part. Would be in touch. However we had to call days later to determine status. Holly was very professional.
This morning the tech came with basic anti siphon part, installed in less than 10-15 minutes.
Okay...so what transpired prior was simply unprofessional. My husband and I simply asked if he would check the area around the toilet- discolored. Wanted his thoughts.
1) he didn't offer to take his shoes off
2) we simply asked if he was vaccinated (not to judge or pry) and he should have offered to wear a mask as several recent service people working for us have respectfully done. But instead he launched into a defensive discourse.
Whatever ...
3) the price was NOT justifiable charging us 1 hour for labor ??

We have referred Hagen several times to neighbors etc. not sure how we will move forward...

There's a reason for 2 stars. Well there's a reason for low ratings. Wanted to give them a chance but was told they would arrive between 8-9 got text via Yelp that they might be late due to emergency. Fine understandable we all have emergencies so they said they're wrapping up so waited. We had appointment at 11 am and by 9:47 we get a call to reschedule to afternoon and they will deduct the 29$ fee for coming out. Fine the main problem was that when the plumber came to the fix the toilet he snaked it through which didn't fix the issue but said that it could be a problem with water moving through the bowl which he couldn't do anything about. He was there for 15 min to tell me there's nothing he can do then charges 105$. The man stayed in my driveway longer than in the house trying to fix the problem. Look maybe they are better for friends and families and they don't charge 100$ for 20min of work but do t take that chance. We will be using anyone else when we will change the toilet on a week. The man walks in at 4:03 leaves at 4:25 and charges a full hour.

Our kitchen sink was lacking pressure and Hagen responded and fixed it for a fair price very quickly. The plumber wore gloves and respected social distancing during Covid 19. I will definitely be using them in the future for our plumbing needs. Thanks you, Hagen!

I sent pictures and gave specific instructions on the issues, the pictures covered connection to 1 pipe cut out and capped from a leak. 45 minutes late arrival by the tech, no apology and 3 1/2 hours to analyze the issues of no hot water. The fact that there was a block should not take 3 1/2 hours on a 1 hour job. If there's a block remove the pex and analyze the hot water pipe.

This wasn't done.

We had a problem that the big guys could not track down. They thought it was a vent issue and cited very high costs to repair. We wanted second opinion and Eric of Hagen Plumbing came out. Looked it over said he had seen this before snaked the drain and all is well for a trip charge compared to the big guy. Yes, I would certainly recommend Hagen Plumbing, Clean, fast, and cost effective.

I'm not sure what is going on with this company but they don't return phone calls or e-mails. I would assume they have gone out of business but haven't found anything online stating this.

I had Hagen Plumbing replace all the pipes in my house. Their communication was awesome and they did a great job for a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough to everyone looking for a reliable plumbing company.

Third time I used them. This time I had a bunch of corroded shut-off valves replaced. They were 35 years old. As always, good work at a reasonable price.

Recent experience with receptionist at Hagen's office determined my not using his services again. Ended up calling 3 times, when he didn't return 3rd. phone call and finally the lady who answered the phone, admitted she did not give him the messages. He didn't even apologize when I told him this was the 3rd time I called. I had him fix my dishwasher before, and I thought I had the same issue, which he fixed, and this time he dismissed it and told me to call an appliance repair person. He may be an outstanding plumper, but he and who ever is answering the phone is NOT doing their job in communicating and putting the customer first. Very disappointed and will take him off our condo list of ""recommended repair personnel.""
