This company has been so good to the property management company I work for.

We have been burned so many times by different plumbing companies, they give you the run around, they lie, they deceive but thanks to the grace of GOD himself we found this honest company

They are reliable, efficient and are honest about the work they do and the ESTIMATES are affordable and truest worthy

Sherri seems to be the one that answers most of the calls and she is great and even remembers my name and the buildings I'm calling in regards too,

So grateful for this company!

Sadly, this used to be a great company that we had patronized for decades. It appears that the kids may have taken over and now their business is going to hell in a handbasket. We had paid on time for some 25 years until the new receptionist Trisha, who can barely speak in complete sentences, sent the Invoice to wrong address. She began calling us like some sort of collection agency and berating us for inconveniencing her with the late payment. The situation, and her mistake, was clearly explained to her but she wasn't having any of it. Tried to give them another chance in light of the past goodwill to Mr. Hagen, but was abruptly and rudely told, ""we don't do that!"" before being hung up on. Apparently they lost their employee who was licensed to do the job we had had this company do for the past two decades and a half. No surprise there. This company isn't going to last long.

Plumber came to ""fix"" our problem, ending up breaking a pipe and making a huge mess of feces all over my restroom. He left and didn't at least clean it ! My Mom had to clean it !!!!!

Whoever the receptionist is for this plumbing company is the rudest lady on the planet, all I know is her name is sherri. I called here inquiring about a plumber and asked for ""Robert Hagen"" because thats the business owner name listed on multiple services. The lady then responded saying thats not his name why would i let him speak to you if you cant even get his name right without letting me explain myself, then after i left my contact information she told me to not expect a call. Terrible customer service. I don't know who thought it was a good idea giving her a job to deal with other PEOPLE

This is the best plumbing company we have ever used. On time, same day service, reasonable prices, never over charge. Always clean up and so polite. We have used them several times over the years and highly recommend.

The lady who answers the phone hang up the phone before I can explain why kind of job we need. I work in a big Construction Company and I was looking for a plumber for a small job near their area. I guess they don't need more jobs.

If I could give zero stars I would believe me ....The lady by the name Trisha is very rude and has a very nasty attitude ....this company would be soo much better without her there. Take your plumbing needs somewhere else

I have been with Hagan Plumbing in Downey since 1977. With my apartment building and now duplexes. I have always had such great service that I never thought about using anyone else. They are timely and fair, and go the extra mile for their clients.

I had a leak at the main water line in front of my house. Two guys showed up and worked for 3 hours. Parts were minimal. They did a good job but they charged $731. That works out to $121 per hour per employee. One guy was a plumber and the other a journeyman. Seems like a lot to me. I asked for a small discount and was told ""if you don't like our prices then don't use us"". Nice right! I've only been a customer of theirs for over 30 years. No more.

Called to make an inquiry and was greeted by a cave woman essentially. She was rude, unpleasant and not very helpful. Not exactly who you want as your first point of contact for potential customers.
