Paul was wonderful if I could add some additional stars, I would. As a property manager, finding good help in Barstow has been a challenge and calling Haefele Septic & Plumbing was a blessing. Paul was responsive and his price was on point. He made the seep pit addition an easy transition. This was becoming a headache and finding him made me look good to the Landlord and my tenant was happy. Will definitely be calling again for the other properties we have in the area.

Cool and straight forward guy. Came out on his own behalf before even we even agreed to do the job so he could explain and see for himself what needed to be done. More than fair pricing. Called around to a few places even after I spoke with Mr. Haefele -- they wanted double what he wanted and gave him the call right back to come get the job done hahaha :)

If I could give TEN STARS, I would. I have observed Paul Haefele for many years. He has made numerous plumbing repairs for me. He is honest and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and will search out and find the problem like a dog with a bone. Whatever the disorder... he will find the cure. He is the Dr. House of plumbers.

I called to see about getting 24 hour septic assistance and customer service isn't their thing. To begin, the person didn't even answer the phone stating the company name, not a huge deal. Despite reading that this is a company providing service 24 hours a day, that's completely inaccurate. As I shared my location, I was met with disdain and told it really wasn't going to happen. There is no way this company wants to assist/help anyone associated with Fort Irwin. The person I spoke with even laughed multiple times at me when I was trying to share my information and what I needed. Suffice it to say, I was told my location is in the middle of nowhere and, ""I'm not the guy for you"". I politely thanked this gentleman and decided to share the unfortunately appalling phone call I had. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Interestingly enough, it would appear one has to leave at least one star to even post a review. Tragic.
