We were looking for a ""one stop"" company for HVAC and plumbing. Everything and everyone were professional and friendly. Installed new tankless water heater, softener water detection and HVAC, replaced old furnace.

They also are an after hours resource if needed.

Have been so impressed with the different service companies in Ruidoso!

Avoid them at all costs. You're better off using any other alternative or doing the repairs yourself if possible. They price gouge, offer terrible service, and their plumbers/HVAC team are a hit or miss. I've had way too many issues with them over the years. They charge $2000 for 1 water heater replacement. If I do it myself I can easily spend $700 or less. They charge $130 per hour per employee. Not worth it. I've hired them for many jobs over the years but with the amount of headaches/stress they've given me it's not even worth it. I've been burned far too many times by their incompetent employees with mediocre repair jobs. Be prepared to baby sit every single employee they send over and make sure you take photos/videos of everything before, during, and after or you will get screwed. If you ever have the unfortunate opportunity to speak to the owner directly you'll learn very quickly that he doesn't have any customer service skills and believes that the customer is always wrong. I easily threw over $60,000 at them last year using their services. No longer will I use them and I will never recommend them to anyone I know.

By word of mouth, recommend BRS for central AC installation. So I called, gave my info, and assured someone would call back.

This was more than a week ago.

Before going through this company I had a local friend who discouraged me from using Bonito River Services which was a red flag. I didn't listen because most places were booked far out at the time and the only other option I had was a random guy that didn't even hardly speak English and was unprofessional. I was getting a heater installed for a vacation rental property I rent out because guests were complaining about the cold. I had to call this company probably about 15 times before the heater was installed, and by then it was after the date they had promised me so I had to refund a group of guests who came and left because it was too cold which cost me about $500. They never kept any records or had any two people on the same page. That continued all the way through until the end when the invoice came through because they didn't keep track of the 50% down payment they made me make before they even installed the heater. So they would have double charged me. I had to call them AGAIN to fix their invoice, didn't receive any apologies. They tried to charge 2.5% fee for taking a payment over the phone which is absurd so I said I would just send a check, then Ofcourse they removed the fee. Very unpleasant company to work with. Would not recommend.

Great company all the way around!

When we were looking to have a heater and AC installed at our cabin, we called Bonito River Services out to give us a consultation, and an estimate.

They came out at the appointment time. They were very punctual, and looked at the entire cabin, and gave us their assessment.

They told us what the best and most affordable combination unit would best suit the size of the cabin.

We hired them to install the new unit, and we love it. It does the job, and it is extremely quiet.

We can now spend time at the cabin year-round, and be warm or cool, depending on the season.

We have had no issues with the system, and are extremely happy with the service that they provided.
