Saved me a small fortune because they were not out to drain my bank account. Hackett just went through my slab to replace a mangled pipe under my commode. If you have no concern in spending money they will do whatever you want. They will do it the way they want to do it. No attention to detail. Everything they didn't want to do had a reason which he spent hours upon hours explaining, instead of spending 30 min doing it. Not the guy or people you want messing around in your business or house.

Excellent job on a bathroom remodel. Replace tub with beautiful walk-in shower. Extended closet where shower used to be. Tiled floors and replaced vanity. Much attention to detail.

Never even got to me. 2 times I tried to schedule an appointment. 2 times I was greeted and told that Mr Hackett was out but she will give me a message when he got back. 2 times I waited and not receive a call back. Ended up going to the hardware store and doing the project myself. Saved a lot of money doing so, maybe I should be thanking them for never getting back to me.

I contacted HACKETT PLUMBING to fix sewage leaks on my foundation, I am pleased w/their work, they put in all new pvc plumbing on the outside my home.
