I live in a 2 condo building and both of us decided to upgrade our gas boilers to high efficiency combination units and we got 4 quotes. Rick's was the lowest (everyone quoted the same unit) and he also did a great job explaining what he was going to do, working with us to figure out how to configure the tight area we were working with.

Installation went smoothly and he provided us with the rebate paperwork that we needed to get a good chunk of money back. Both of us at different times had different questions for him and he patiently swung by to answer and tweak the settings for our hot water. I appreciate that he didn't disappear once the install was done.

Overall, nothing but good things to say. Price was right, service was great and he stands behind his work. Highly recommend.

I called at noon on Tuesday regarding my failing hot water tank, got a call back a few hours later, and had the guys at my door by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Rick was very helpful, and Alex and Ryan, who installed the new tank, were great. They were done in less then 3 hours, and did a beautiful job. I recommend them highly.

Unreliable gives a great story but ultimately doesn't turn up when he says he will. I definitely would not recommend this plumber.
