I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. I have a membership with American Homeshield and asked for service. They sent Habit Plumbing to fix it. Daniel came out and within minutes identified the problem and fixed it. While I had him here, I asked his advise about another issue and he very patiently explained what I should do. This was a minor recurring problem that other plumbers had been unable to solve but had been bugging me for some time. Daniel was on point and it is now fixed. He did not charge extra and told me it was my Christmas present from Habit. He only asked that I remember them next time I need a plumber. They can count on my service from now on. Great company!

We had multiple issues for Habit Plumbing to solve, and their technician, Brian, worked diligently and creatively to find solutions. Bottom line: he repaired everything that was repairable in this visit, and for the couple items that will require more intensive solutions, he provided guidelines for ways to go; this was very helpful. Another plus: Brian called from his truck a half-hour before arriving, and was well within the three-hour window that was quoted.

My home warranty company had scheduled them to come out to fix a toilet that would not flush. The soonest they could come out was 2 weeks. After a few days my other toilet was acting up and I cancelled the service and paid someone else to fix my issue. They claimed they came out and fixed my problem, that everything was now working and billed my home warranty company. They lie.

Typical bait and switch plumbing outfit. Be very cautious if you use them from a home warranty company. Sloppy, unprofessional, and predatory.

Top notch company. From the first person I spoke with, Jessica,to the plumber himself Daniel H I couldn't be any more satisfied with their professionalism and timely service. Daniel H even came by and resolved my flooding bathroom after they were supposed to be closed. I'd recommend this company over all of the other lame East County plumbers that either never called me back or demanded cash up front prior to even seeing my situation.
Thank you Habit plumbing. You've got a fan in me.

If I can give no star rating, I would. Habit Plumbing was sent to me through our home warranty company. I needed 3 tubs faucets to be replaced. My house is a 2006 built but the technician insisted that in order to replace the faucets that we needed a repipe for all 3 tubs which would have cost me out of pocket almost $300. Needless to say I did not take the bait as I am both a realtor/attorney. I even called another plumber in and my home inspector to check out the situation. I contacted my home warranty and then sent out another plumber who did the job and covered it and I did not pay ANYTHING. Stay away from this company.

Had an appointment window for Habit Plumbing to show up today between 1PM and 4PM for simple kitchen sink job, I took time off from work for this appointment but 4PM came and went without either a plumber appearing or so much as a simple call to let me know. I called their office and was assured he'd be showing up 'within the hour', but despite me waiting another two hours no one ever appeared, nor called to let me know what was going on.

By that point, their office was of course closed, so I called their after-hours number and gave my information to the person on the other end of the line, who assured me she'd pass it on to the owner. It is now 6:42PM and I haven't heard anything yet, so at this point it's clear they simply don't care about my business nor how they treat their customers.

I will update this review if I ever hear anything of significance or receive the service I was expecting, but at this point I don't expect much given the shoddy way they treated me and disregarded my time today. Beware: if they don't care about my business nor the most basic rules of common courtesy, chances are they won't care about you either.
