HAS A HABIT OF BEING UNRELIABLE...
We had gone more than 3 days without hot water with a leaking water heater by the time an appointment was made with Habit plumbing through our home warranty service for 9/21/17 between the hours of 12-4, and someone would need to be home during those hours when the technician would arrive. 4 o'clock comes around,

NO CALL, NO ONE SHOWED UP, AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN WE CALLED.

Needless to say an appointment was made with another company as this one HAS A HABIT OF NOT SHOWING UP!!

Had two clogged drains. Filed a claim with American Home Warranty. The service technician showed up for 10 minutes an hour later than he said he would be there. He ""assessed"" the problem. Said there was nothing he could do until he spoke with the warranty company. Never heard back from him. Had to have the warranty company recall another service request. The plumber never showed up. Fixed the issue myself. I would not recommend this company if you are looking to fix problems quickly

I've been a very satisfied customer of Habit for almost 6 years now. Wes has always gone above and beyond to satisfy our plumbing predicaments. I'm actually surprised I haven't left a review sooner, but after Carlos handled our drain service on our tub tonight... I had to say something! If plumbing were a martial art, he'd be a 4th Degree Blackbelt! He satisfactorily fixed it. Then he went back in and FIXED IT some more... By the time he was done, he pulled out the usual, a couple hunks of wood (???), and a piece of a drain stopper tube. And I swear, he cleaned our tub nicer than the house cleaner did 2 days ago..! He exceeded our expectations by MILES! Thanks again, Habit Plumbing! I can never recommend you enough!

This place is a joke! Very bad first impression! They gave me a 4 hour window and was still a hour and a half late! They don't care about your problems or your time. They will tell you lie after lie, I don't know how they stay in business. I wish I can give them a negative star. If you call them, you are wasting your time. I bet I can call a gardener and he'll do a better job at pluming then Habit pluming! Very unprofessional!

Our water heater died on us, so we filed a claim with our home warranty through American Home Shield (AHS) to fix the heater. AHS assigned Habit Plumbing who sent out Nick.

Nick showed up early, inspected the water heater, and determined that it had an internal leak and needed to be replaced within about 15 minutes of looking at it. He was able to get approval from AHS that evening for a new heater. By 7pm that night we had an appointment set up for 10am the next day to swap out the old water heater with a brand new one.

Nick also completed the job of swapping out our dead heater for the new one. He completed the job in under two hours and was extremely professional!

I guess from reading here, and the explanation from the plumber, that if you are assigned these guys from the warranty company, they will give the bare minimum of concern for doing a good job. Horrible customer service and will not go out of the way to do quality work or make sure you are satisfied with their service. I would not use them.

My home warranty company sent Habit out for two reasons. The first was to repair a pipe leak in the main house and the second was to inspect a possible leak in the bathroom wall of the guest house. The technician showed up with a very bad attitude, which was bad enough, but he also appeared to be poorly skilled. I had no confidence in his ability to do the job correctly. He acted like he was totally put out by having to actually do the repairs. He was so rude that it frightened me. Thankfully, I was not alone. There were other contractors at the house at the time, who witnessed his bizarre behavior. He ultimately walked off the job leaving some of his tools behind. The insurance company sent another contractor out a few days later to complete the work. A very unusual and unprofessional experience indeed.

My kitchen sink handle broke I said it is emergency but still they reached late

And they ordered new stuff online which took like 7-14 days
I had to suffer with my kitchen for 2 weeks .

They could have bought it locally and fixed it why to order online ....

If you cannot fix home don't do a business ...
