We had a problem with our tub/shower valve. Our home warranty company set us up with Habit. We were able to set up an appointment within days (called it in on Friday and Habit called me on Monday to set up a Wednesday appointment)

Chris was our plumber and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He called the day before he was scheduled to make sure he showed up prepared. He was on time and even called when he was on his way to let us know he was coming. It took him about an hour to fix our valve and it is working wonderfully. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Just purchase a home and the warranty company called Habit Plumbing to replace a water heater, valve and bathroom fixtures. They came to asses the project and never responded back to myself or the warranty company. When I called Habit for follow up they seemed confused and chaotic to resolved who dropped the ball. I cut ties and went with another vendor.

We had to replace our kitchen faucet thru AHS. The faucet was not installed correctly and within 3 months became loose. When I contacted them to come out and ensure that they fix it correctly I was informed that they fix things only within 30 days. Since this was a faulty installation I would have assumed that they would send someone to fix it since it was reasonable close to the time that they repaired it. I would request someone else from AHS the next time.

We are so pleased with the work done by Habit Plumbing, particularly Wes and Jose. They are so conscientious and worked hard to resolve our problem at our kitchen sink. Because of them we are happily able to use our kitchen sink without having incurred a great deal of expense. They kept in touch, they showed up on time, and explained everything, which gave us a lot of choice in the decisions that had to be made regarding repairs. We highly recommend Habit Plumbing.

This place has horrible customer service. I was referred to this company by my home insurance and ended up cancelling all together. The phone dispatcher was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I told him I didn't appreciate his snarky tone he then tried to justify his attitude by saying he's a ""very analytical person"" and that's how he speaks to people (a very unfortunate and sad excuse for being rude).

After expressing my discontent with the service, he then shot back telling me that my asking if they had an opening for service at a sooner date was ""questioning his intelligence"". If a simple question such as that triggers this type of reaction I would rather take my business elsewhere. This type of behavior is unacceptable and if this were my company, I would like to know that potential customers are being treated disrespectfully.

The WORST customer service possible. Very easy to tell because Habit Plumbing argues every negative review on here. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone! Never been treated so disrespectfully by two different employees. Everyone please listen to all of Habit Plumbing's terrible reviews they are real! If your home warranty company sets you up with Habit than ask for a different company which they will gladly do. There are several great plumbing companies in the area with much better reviews and respectful employees. Habit Plumbing is not one of them. Thanks to yelp we can report horrible customer service and hopefully others will choose not to support such a terrible company with blatantly rude employees. I will make sure that my family and friends never use Habit Plumbing.

Ugh! Where do I start? I've never ever dealt with a company like this! I scheduled an appointment to get my shower repaired. They said to make sure there was a parking spot close to the home for the plumber otherwise I'd have to reschedule because the plumber didn't want to walk back and forth. Fricking crybaby plumber! So I scheduled the appointment but they canceled the day before. They didn't apologize and it's been a week now and they haven't called to reschedule.
This company knows nothing about customer service and are whiny little b*****!
I now have a appointment with another plumbing company. They seem to have it together and seem like they can handle the job without being so dramatic!

Two plumbers came out. I had a sewage smell coming from my toilet. The first did not even look at my toilet. Instead, he took personal calls the whole time and suggested I pour CLR in my toilet. The second plumber said he knows what's wrong, but wanted me to pay him on the side to repair it and submit to my home warranty. This company did not submit an honest report to my home warranty.
