""I would like to take this opportunity to write this letter of appreciation for the outstanding job that Habit Plumbing (760) 294-5560 Reference #: 367255232 performed on my job request placed on May 8, 2016. Technician Pete showed up on time on our scheduled appointment date of May 21, 2016. Not only that he showed up on time but also he made two phone calls letting me know he was on his way. Pete was very professional and expedient. I would definitely use them again and refer them to your customers.

Our kitchen sink developed a bad clog and Habit was called through our home warranty with First American. They called me immediately on a Saturday to schedule the visit for Monday. The plumber was on time and courteous and pretty quickly fixed the problem. Once done he cleaned up and even put all the items back that were pulled out under the sink. It was a very nice and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend them.

When our kitchen sink developed a serious clog First American Home Warranty directed our landlady to Habit Plumbing to fix things up. This turned out to be not a run of the mill sink stoppage but rather one that ran a good many feet away from the house. Habit first sent out Jose and Victor, two very polite, clean and knowledgeable guys. After working hard and being unable to reach the problem, they said it was a job for the ""drain guy,"" and so Pete came out the next day.

He too was pleasant to deal with and more importantly, had the equipment to solve our problem. Such relief and such happiness on our part! Pete explained that the clog was due to years of accumulated gunk in the pipe. We are now clean and happy! I want to also mention that the woman who coordinated the visits (Moira?) was also helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Habit was the 2nd plumbing company to come out after a bad experience with another plumbing company. Habit was a breath of fresh air. The staff who scheduled the appointment was friendly and professional and tolerant of my bad attitude and impatience. They sent Pete out. He called to say he would be there in 20 minutes and arrived earlier. He was professional, courteous and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. He had to come back with parts and worked around my schedule. Which meant he had to come back on a Saturday. Instead of giving a 6 hour window he let me pick the time and he showed up on time. The problem is resolved. He left the job site clean. Thanks to Pete for helping me out and turning my bad attitude around.

An Awesome Plumbing company who took care of me.!! Another company, Rite-a-way Plumbing had given me a BAD Faulty water heater and it started leaking 3 1/2 weeks later and I did NOT want to deal with that company anymore! So AHS notified Habit Plumbing and they installed a NEW water heater for me.. The Tech, Mike was so Professional and very helpful and did a wonderful job installing the water heater.
