As others have stated, the customer service is non existent, both Darla and her husband Larry become hostile when asked why they would not provide a service charge cost ahead of booking an appointment.

I agree that customer service is key for any business, reading other reviews. The staff that comes out are always very professional, friendly, and very helpful! We have never had this issue with Haass Plumbing and recommend this business and the staff that comes out. Each time they fixed the issue, gave suggestions, and most importantly they do not overcharge or try to upsell. This is a very reliable company that that is local and takes pride in their excellent work.
Let's give this local company the review they deserve and hope who takes the calls will understand that this may hurt the feedback?

Never stated the $110 service fee upfront while scheduling. I don't expect people to come out for free but that should definitely lbe stated upfront. Every professional business knows that. Couldn't give a definite price once he listed what he had to do. Quoted me and my tenant 2 different prices. Him and his wife spoke very nasty once I decided not to let him to the job. She hung up the phone on me once I stated I was going to leave a bad review! Unprofessional service!! Wow

I would not recommend this company I have used them before but now the customer service is horrible. You are only as good as the people that work for you.
