The plumber arrived early having texted me he was on the way so no surprise arrival. He checked out our sewage pump operation and installed a replacement.
Very nice guy, got the job done quickly and effectively. Price seemed very reasonable to me. Really happy with the service and would recommend unreservedly.

Our sump pump was getting to the end of its average life. It was installed when we built the house in 2011. It was getting weak and had some issues so we planned to change it out this summer. That came a little quicker. Kids went to feed our bunny and the oldest came running back upstairs saying the basement is flooded. We've had minor happenings with the sump recently but this was the whole basement. The basement is unfinished and everything of value was up so that was good. It was recommended I call Tony Haan. It was a late Saturday night so I didn't expect much but left a voicemail. He called me right back and said he could do it Sunday afternoon. My brother-in-law got the old one to work and we just had it continuously run. I didn't care if it burned out, needed the water to stay out and was going to replace it anyway. I told Tony that we got the old one to work Sunday morning and told him what my sister recommended for a new one. Tony was very quick in responses. Got right on it and quoted me the cost of the new system. I know people with background construction knowledge, me on the other hand have zero knowledge except for a google search, that said the quote was very reasonable cost. They installed it Tuesday morning. Chase was even early. He was very good. Installed the new system quickly and showed me how it work. If you get a new sump pump, get a battery back up and a back up pump too. I would certainly use Haan Plumbing again. In fact, I've already told them about another thing we needed done and mentioned to two other people that they need to call him as they were looking for a good plumber. Everyone needs a good plumber!!

Call Them NOW!! I called Haan's Plumbing Services after two other company's stopped by. One talked only about all the cost up-charges at my door of $650 to $5k before even looking at by basement water backup issue, the other company worked for 2 hours and left and never replied after many attempts to find out what was going to happen next. I called Haan's and they showed up within 48 hours and solved the issue for half the price of the lowest price! I like working with honest people. Good people make good business and that makes for happy customers. Thanks!
