Joe and his team did a phenomenal job on our project replacing our sewer line that was broken. They communicated clearly about the scheduling of the project, showed up on time, and were professional. Joshua came out this morning to drain and flush my hot water heater. He was prompt and very professional. We talked a lot about water heaters and I appreciated all the information he provided. Two years ago a different plumber wanted to charge me over $400 to drain and flush after quoting me $100-$200 on the phone. Glad I found H2O Services!

They were able to fix a sewer back up problem in my basement and all of their assistance and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Joe truly cares about his customers. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him and Bob. As a person with a medical condition that makes not having access to a bathroom very stressful, he made sure the repair was done correctly to prevent any further issues. I have already recommended him to a neighbor who is having problems with water in her basement. I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Joe is amazing! I had three estimates for my sewer line repair and he had the best rate, plus explained everything so well. He was quick to come out and did not make a mess. The best part was there was a written quote and no ""hard sell"" that I had 24 hours before the offer expired, etc. So professional. I would highly recommend H2O Services for your plumbing needs. I was having an issue with a salvaged sink that we had installed during renovation. Our contractor was apparently only familiar with new sinks and plumbing. Joe came right out and helped me put the sink handles back together. He had extensive knowledge of the mechanics of older plumbing, which was appreciated! We have also called him out twice to unclog our old sink and tub. Joe and his crew are always on time and professional. Very kind in answering my questions. Quick and throughout! Would recommend 100%
