Chris came out the first day, looked at what I needed done and provided a reasonable price. He completed the work the next day and he was meticulous in his work. I was very happy with the end result. He said he would stand behind his work; however five days passed, the toilet leaked water all over the floor and while he said he would be there no later than 6 pm to fix it he later texted that he fell asleep and never showed up. Find someone who can show up on time and doesn't give lame excuses for poor workmanship.

Chris came out the same day as contacted via Yelp for a quote. I thought it was a toilet leak, needing a wax seal. Turned out to be a leak from shower! Chris quickly identified that it was not the toilet, located the source, inspected for damage/mold & then proceeded to fix the source of the leak. He checked quite a few other things while here as well, including showing me where & how to adjust pressure underneath the house. Thankful for Chris & his quality workmanship, honesty & responsiveness!!

He genuinely cared what my family needed and even worked on a Sunday morning to get my attic water heater replaced.
