Excellent company! When my new city water meter showed unusually high usage (and this in an unoccupied house), I called H2O Pro, as I learned they are one of the few local plumbers who do advanced leak detection both inside and outside the home. They responded immediately to my appointment request, sent out a team to verify that the leak was most likely outdoors, and within two days had performed a gas test which identified the exact spot along the water main running underground from the meter to the house.

Given their offer to deduct the $600 cost of the leak test from any ensuing repairs, I went ahead and contracted with H2O Pro to repair the water main. They provided me with two options (repair just leak area or replace whole line). I opted for the latter, which also involved digging up part of the sidewalk and going through a terrace wall -- and again, the job was done within two days of my asking! Not only that, the results looked about as seamless as I could have wished: H2O Pro firmly back-filled everything they'd dug up, resettled plants, poured a new area of concrete sidewalk and taped it off, and even planted grass seed laid with straw everywhere they had dug up the lawn. A very professional job.

One final note: H2O Pro is run by two brothers, both of whom were extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, as was their office counterpart. Even better, they live in the 21st century and have a fantastic, easy-to-use digital quote and invoicing system that allows you to view, approve, and pay everything online -- and it worked without a single hitch. Given my own experience with them, I highly recommend H2O Pro for any plumbing needs.
