Horrible service. My 78 year old father called them. They charged him $800 to fix a simple leak. A few weeks later it still leaks and they refuse to return our calls or even answer the phone. Very unprofessional. Do not use them.

H2o plumbing came to our house in November 2018 to install a shower valve during a remodel. They were contracted by the tile firm but we paid. They basically turned a $200 job into a $550 job and charged us almost triple what it should have cost. Below is an email I sent them but have received no response from anyone.
My suggestion: NEVER USE H2O PLUMBING IN GUTHRIE.


TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
On Friday November 9, 2018 a plumber was sent to our house to install a shower valve. We did not contact H2o but you were engaged by our tile contractor, Steve Lewis.

We were charged $550 for this project and I was absolutely stunned when we got the bill! The project should have taken about 2 hours in my opinion. I asked Steve Lewis the next day about the bill and he thought the project should have taken about 2 hours. He was shocked at the charge. Steve said the plumber told him it would take a couple of hours and the tile guys could come about noon and get started (in other words, a 2 hour job).

I feel we were victim of a deliberate attempt to turn a 2 hour job into a much longer project.

Steve Lewis said he tried to call your firm but calls were not returned.

I request that I be issued a refund of $300 to cover the amount of the deliberate overcharge
