We have been using H2O for all our plumbing needs for several years now and have always been extremely pleased. The positive experience begins with Nancy on the phone who is just delightful. She is very responsive and schedules the visit promptly. Bryan has replaced our kitchen faucet, bathroom fixtures and outside hose bibs. He shows up on time, does excellent work, and explains things very clearly . Prices are reasonable and we have happily recommended this company to neighbors and friends. It's great to know we can always depend on this company.

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience with this company! I called with a problem of my toilet not flushing and then backing up into the shower in the house I just moved into.. Bryan came out immediately and actually showed up even earlier than expected. He cleared everything that day but then 2 weeks later, it started doing it again. He came back with the owner of the company and we came up with a game plan to stick a camera down and really see what was going on. Fast forward about a week later, Bryan came back to remove all of the obstructions from the pipes and gave clear flow again. He even grouted the toilet for me since it had to be removed for this process! The owner and Bryan were extremely courteous and kind, especially being it was only my first month in my new house, it was a bit stressful but they made me feel so much better about everything. I will definitely be using them for any future endeavors and recommending to any friends and family that need plumbing work done. Hands down, absolutely the best service. Thank you again!!!

H2O Plumbing has been so great. First off, I want to mention Brad and Brian.. they were so responsive. We called for a quote, they were super patient, and we said we would call them back. They didn't bother us, like I mentioned, they were so patient enough to wait for us to get in contact back with them. We were able to make an appointment with them for the very next morning, mind you, we called them in the later afternoon; they were very informative and professional. They were able to get parts in a timely manner, they even showed up a few minutes early to the appointment time that we arranged. When Brian and Brad came the next morning, they got straight to it and were able to fix our problem in great time. Awesome company, these two were great; responsive, reliable, and such a great help! We will definitely be calling to them should we need their services!

We used them for a second job, installing our sink after our countertops were put in. They showed up installed the sink we purchased and made all the connections, modified the plumbing to fit the deeper sink and took care of everything. Completely worry free for us. (Spring Hill) They are prompt, came same day of call and seemed real nice. They said there is no service fee. However, they said we needed a part for our tub that was leaking and after checking the leak in the sink, they said the fee would be over $300 for the 2. After they left, we turned the water back on. The leak in the sink was worse and steady. Before they came, we could turn the leak in the sink off with the cut-off valve. After they left, we couldn't. We called another plumber. On the sink and the tub, the plumber tightened screws on each. Leaks are gone and both works fine. The price he charged - $75. You fill in the blanks.

Your full of bologna! I contacted you immediately - and sent you photos... I sure didn't pull your employees from another job"""" When I pointed out the damaged shower wall - he apologised. I watched them cut out the shower stall and the garden bathtub with that saw so you are just typing favorable excuses again. Also - I discovered that both drains were cut off below the floor for the shower stall and the bathtub areas afterwards because a loose drain pipe sat in place got bumped. I also noticed the toilet flange was broken after they left. You sure sound nice and professional in your typed response - not so much in reality. I have heard three versions of excuses - now your denying responsibility or obligation. As the owner your a constant reflection of your business practices - your full of excuses!
