We have been using H2O for all our plumbing needs for several years now and have always been extremely pleased. The positive experience begins with Nancy on the phone who is just delightful. She is very responsive and schedules the visit promptly. Bryan has replaced our kitchen faucet, bathroom fixtures and outside hose bibs. He shows up on time, does excellent work, and explains things very clearly . Prices are reasonable and we have happily recommended this company to neighbors and friends. It's great to know we can always depend on this company.

Add this to the list of businesses I wouldn't recommend simply because of their employees disappointing behavior in the community. Took an extra minute to get my kids on the bus and squared away safely today given that it's the first week of school, the bus driver wanted to make sure she had everything necessary to get my special needs child to and from without incident. That extra moment was too much for a driver from h2o plumbing who began honking incessantly and then screaming at me as I walked back to my car. I wonder if this is the conduct they condone.

Unlike the other plumbing services I got quotes from, H2O didn't blast me with texts and emails after giving me their quote, although it would have been nice if I had received a confirmation text the day of or night before they arrived to perform the job. One of the places tacked on an extended service contract to their quote that I didn't ask for and that really turned me off. H2O arrived on time, completed the work promptly, and were neat and professional. My biggest issue was their communication. It sometimes took a few emails to get a response, and the very last question I asked about the relief valve never got a response at all. Also, don't expect a detailed quote on letterhead like the others provided me with. They don't do that, which is mystifying. I did appreciate that I could call them and get a human. Dino's Plumbing has voicemail and no one ever called me back. Very rude and unprofessional. Out of the 3 quotes, H2O actually came in second as far as the cost went, but I went with them anyway because I had a good feeling about them and I'm glad I did. You should at least get a quote from them if not use them for your next plumbing job.

We've used H20 Plumbing Solutions several times over the years and will never call anyone else! From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is very warm, compassionate, and professional. Pricing is fair and work is done right. Very highly recommend!

Had an absolutely AMAZING experience with this company! I called with a problem of my toilet not flushing and then backing up into the shower in the house I just moved into.. Bryan came out immediately and actually showed up even earlier than expected. He cleared everything that day but then 2 weeks later, it started doing it again. He came back with the owner of the company and we came up with a game plan to stick a camera down and really see what was going on. Fast forward about a week later, Bryan came back to remove all of the obstructions from the pipes and gave clear flow again. He even grouted the toilet for me since it had to be removed for this process! The owner and Bryan were extremely courteous and kind, especially being it was only my first month in my new house, it was a bit stressful but they made me feel so much better about everything. I will definitely be using them for any future endeavors and recommending to any friends and family that need plumbing work done. Hands down, absolutely the best service. Thank you again!!!

H2O Plumbing has been so great. First off, I want to mention Brad and Brian.. they were so responsive. We called for a quote, they were super patient, and we said we would call them back. They didn't bother us, like I mentioned, they were so patient enough to wait for us to get in contact back with them. We were able to make an appointment with them for the very next morning, mind you, we called them in the later afternoon; they were very informative and professional. They were able to get parts in a timely manner, they even showed up a few minutes early to the appointment time that we arranged. When Brian and Brad came the next morning, they got straight to it and were able to fix our problem in great time. Awesome company, these two were great; responsive, reliable, and such a great help! We will definitely be calling to them should we need their services!

I received an email from our insurance company that our policy was going to be canceled in 30 days because our hot water heater is old! (I hate FL insurance companies!) I contacted H2O and they came out and spent about 2 hours draining and removing the old water heater and installing a new one. Brian and Brett do a great job, are very personable, and explain everything they need to do to complete the job. I've used H2O for other things, and will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend them!

Great experience. Bryan arrived on time, was extremely courteous, didn't mind my standing behind watching/listening as he explained what he was doing and why my toilet had a slow leak. He even had booties on to keep the floors clean. Will definitely call next time I have a plumbing issue.
