Awesome. Called Todd at 8:15, problem solved by 11:00 am. Pricing was beyond fair and the response time was unheard of. A few unexpected valves needed to be replaced and he did not gouge on that either. Highly recommend.
The drain in the floor of my laundry room backed up. I called H20 and heard back almost immediately. Two guys came over and told me I only have a 2 1/2"" pipe inside my house and that they recommended putting in a clean out drain in my front yard. They then brought in their equipment. After the work was done, they told me they ""poked a hole"" through the trees roots. It was not explained to me that the root out they were going to do wouldn't solve the problem, but merely opened it for ""now"". The cost to poke open that hole was $450. I was then given an estimate of $3800 to put in the recommended clean out drain in my lawn, and that the $450 would be applied towards this amount if I agreed to install the clean out drain . Since I didn't want to make the decision to spend that amount of money right then, they gave me the invoice and informed me the work they just completed was not warrantied.
I wish I had known that the work wouldn't have been warrantied before they rooted out the drain and I incurred the $450 charge. I would have paid for the trip charge and called around for estimates that could insure that the work would be warrantied, or at least given me time so that I could become confident that I had the best price to get that kind of work done.
We had heavy rain on Sat., 03/28 and we were getting water on the basement floor. Presumed that our sump pump failed. I called H2O about 10 A.M., and a plumber came at 11:00. Wasn't the sump pump, but roots clogging the lines. Some rodding was done to alleviate it, but in the evening, it reoccured. I called Todd at 9 P.M. and he was here about 9:30. Since it was dark and the rain was minimal at that time, he said he'd be back in the morning. He was here at 9 A.M. (Easter Day)He did a temporary repair to carry the water out to the street sewer. A lot of deep digging to replace broken pipe was shown to be needed and about 7 ft. of new pipe (PVC) installed. Todd was very helpful and professional.
Had used H2O a few years ago for an Ejection pump replacement and that has been doing a good job.
Highly recommend them.
They sent out two plumbers to replace a canister in a Delta faucet and a GFCI receptacle. Thus the bill was double what it should have been. I contacted the company but they will not do anything about the bill. Do not use these guys.
We had contacted H20 due to blockage in our main lines and our daughter had a membership with them (keep this in mind). They were able to fit us in the next day and showed up in a timely manner. That's about as good as it gets!
They removed our toilet (now wobbly) to run the standard snake and unclogged the line. It was TEMPORARY he had just flushed enough water and moved the snake around for a quick fix. What he failed to do was run the snake fully to insure that there was no debris in the lines.
Now after they finished we left for Australia due to a death in the family and arrived back home 3 weeks later, and was welcomed by BLOCKED PLUMBING.
After a 599.00 bill and the problem was still there we decided to call a local company Kings Plumbing Paris Ky.
They jump right in pulling the toilet off and run the snake, same model as H20 and blockage was gone BUT they brought up the vines that was blocking our main line! COST $185.00
I literally had to ask twice are you sure it's not higher?!?!?! Nope that's it he said.
We got the email from H2O to pay our bill and my husband called to discussed with them that the service they provided didn't fix the issue the company come back with a discount of $149.00
So....
Total $599.00
Coupon $50.00. But members are to get 20% nope not this time.
Total $549.00
- 149.00 Because it wasn't fixed
New Total $400.00 unsure what the charge is for as they hadn't unclogged our plumbing?!?!
Jim E.I had a blockage in a 120 foot long pipe that ran from my sump pump to the sewer. I received 3 quotes and H2O offered the best price. Todd and his team showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment. They rodded the full length of the pipe to remove the blockage and then ran a camera through the pipe to show that it was completely clear. They were very professional and friendly. No surprises on the bill. I'd definitely call H20 again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Cindy W.I had a minor plumbing leak in the hallway bathroom and Todd came out on time, fixed the leak in no time flat, also installed a new drain stopper in the master bath sink. It was a small job, but he treated it with care and did not over charge me. I can highly recommend H2O plumbing for all of your needs.
I highly recommend H20 Plumbing and Sewer Services! Scott and Mike were extremely responsive when I called and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my faucet leaking and the service charge was extremely fair. These are guys you can trust. I will certainly call them in the future for any other plumbing needs.
We've used H2O for two projects recently, one huge and one small. We were very happy with their work.
The big project was a broken service line, which needed to be fully replaced right before everything shut down for Christmas. We put out bids, and H2O was the lowest. They also had a more sensible plan than some of the other bidders, who intended to tear out my bushes. We took a chance and were glad that we did. Like any big project, there were hiccups, including trouble getting the go-ahead from the city (Evanston). John kept us fully informed by text as we rolled with the delays over the holiday. The team, led by John and Todd, was incredibly professional. Communication was the key.
We called them again when a pipe burst after the polar vortex. They fit us in to a jam packed schedule, and fixed it within 20 minutes of arrival.
We're satisfied customers and we'll keep using them.
I strongly not recommend using these two companies. Last week I used Home Advisor for my problem with sink backup. I used American Sewer and drain. From the first inspection was determined that a camera was need to determine the problem. I paid $165 with not results. Next day H2O pluming and sewer, a sister companies to American Sewer. Without using the camera he determine that I had a broken pipe. We trusted him and we move forward with the repair at the cost of $7,000. During the work and after the work was completed that it was not the case. I believe, as senior I was scam for a work that was not needed. The next day I had a tub and toilet back up. H2o came over and found a clog. H2o has refused to work with me on the issue.
