I cannot recommend H2O Plumbing or Todd enough! Great service very , fair and reasonable prices. They were professional and very friendly. We have been using this company for years even after we moved. He helped my elderly mom with her sump pump. She felt very comfortable and he went the extra mile to make sure she was happy with her service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I recommended H2O plumbing to all my family and family!

H2/0 Plumbing is a great company to do business with and reasonably priced. They sent someone out to my house before their first shift when they found out my water had been shut off all night. I had a broken valve cartridge in the roughing of my shower faucet and could not get the remaining piece out. They had several tools to try, and in 10 minutes I was back to having water. I felt hopeless but they came through when I needed them. I will keep these guys in my contacts and will always recommend them. When they showed me the bill I could not believe how low it was! I was at their mercy and they did not take advantage. Thank you H2/O you guys ROCK!

Sewer problem in the house. Called H20 Plumbing and they actually answer the phone! Very nice service to schedule a visit. Arrived on time and did a great job, then gave me a summary of what was wrong.

I had called 3 other plumbers prior to H20, none answered the phone and none called back.

H2O is who I will call next time.

Todd and his team are professionals.

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house.

Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit.

Great guys and fair pricing...highly recommended!

Avoid them!! Way overcharged for a simple 30 minute installation when only labor was involved & no bought materials!! Rip off artists! Hired another company & they did the work for $400 cheaper than them & more professional & thorough & guaranteed! Terrible!!

Very stressful but they did an amazing job solving our sewer problems and I would highly recommend them.

Anyone who has had a sewer line issue knows how bad it is, ours was probably the worst case scenario and these guys did an amazing job.

Incredibly disappointed! Todd at H2O Plumbing came to our home last week because a pre-sale home inspection revealed a leak in our indoor spa. The attitude was surly and unprofessional. We might have overlooked that but the level of service was even worse. With our approval they opened up the tile around the tub and told us that we had to purchase a ($300) dollar replacement faucet and they would charge us an additional $650 to replace it. On top of that, they charged $150 for diagnosing the issue, and this was not going to go toward the repair (which is common practice). We would also be responsible for the repairs to the tile. We became suspicious and got a lot of feedback on NextDoor that this was not a reasonable amount to charge. After a friend recommended Sandman Plumbing, we called Tom and had a REAL professional come over and do an assessment. He was able to immediately tell that the hot water handle in the faucet was leaking. So H2O Plumbing was going to charge us $800, plus the $300 for a faucet totaling $1100. The entire fix with Tom at Sandman Plumbing cost $250 for a replacement faucet cartridge. The tile that was torn apart in my bathroom by H2O was unnecessary. So now we have to pay for tile repairs. In the process of our home sale we have been dealing with many fine contractors and it is a shame that H20 gives tradesmen a bad name

They don't even deserve one star, but I had to choose some thing to post this review. On three separate occasions I had it arranged to get an estimate for a plumbing job, and on all three occasions nothing happened. I am very disappointed in the lack of response that I got. I was in contact with the company and I never got anyone to come out and look at my job.
