W M.H2O just replaced my electric water heater and removed the old one (4/15/13). They discussed my issue over the phone with detail and were very curteous. They called 30 min prior to the appt time to confirm and arrived on time. Every person I saw was in a clean uniform and presented themselves in a professional manner. They don't charge a service fee to """"diagnose"""" the problem and the final bill was very fair/resonable...especially for a family on a budget. They finished the job very quickly and didn't try to sell me on additional services i didn't ask for. I am very glad I chose H2O for my problem and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing concerns.
