Jose did a fantastic job with repiping my entire condo. He was courteous and considerate when working at the house. I was a little worried because they were one of the lower quotes, but the quality was top notch. They kept my house clean and wore masks when entering. They will definitely be my go to for any plumbing services.

I do not recommend. We hired them to reseal a toilet as water was leaking causing an odor, mold around the base ring of the toilet, and for the hardwood floors to warp. Once they completed the work, we provided a good review on thumbtack. After several months, we noticed an odor, the black residue on the toilet ring, and the hardwoods warping again. We contacted them to come back out (which they agreed to). However, they cancelled twice on us.

We then hired another plumber who verified that their work was not done properly and we were having the same issue. He took photos, wrote a summary, then fixed the issue properly.

After my partner reached out to them to share this (with photos), they sent an incredibly inappropriate message back and encouraged us to ""write reviews"" and stated that ""we were reaching out because we needed money"". I would not recommend giving this company your business.

Did the job right (replaced a food disposer and trap), but then basically charged a second visit when the snake was necessary (a job that didn't take that long). Unfortunately I was between telework and receiving a colleague at home, and didn't really have time to discuss the irrational charge. So, I ended up paying basically for two full visits. Don't think I'd use them again based on this.

Service work (replace gas water heater) performed today in a timely and professional manner. Clear instruction on how to use and very fair price (no hidden fees).

Workers wore masks, removed shoes, used tarps to protect carpet, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Shopped around for pricing on installing a new garbage disposal and they had the best price. More than half of what others were charging. Arrived when scheduled, the techs were friendly and completed the work quickly and cleanly. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

We had a terrific experience with H20 Plumbing and Remodeling. Our water heater needed replacing as it was rusting from the bottom. We received a quote right away from Karla. We liked that is was a labor flat fee for that service and there were no hidden fees. This allowed us to purchase the water heater of our choice and pick it up ourselves or they would pick it up for us for an additional fee. This helped keep costs down. Jose and Jonathan Fernandez came promptly during the window of time they gave us. Finished in a couple of hours. Made easy payment through Venmo and they were on their way. I have already given our children their name if they ever have plumbing needs. Excellent work, professional, Covid precautions taken. We will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs.

Jose and H2O plumbing & Remodeling Services displayed innovative approaches and expert knowledge during our project. While in the process of renovating, H2O upgraded all waterlines, PVC sewage lines and replaced the main waterline (that connects to the county mainline) from 3/4 inch to 1 inch. The final product exceeded all of our expectations and came in on budget! I would highly recommend Jose and H2O Plumbing & Remodeling Services for all projects - big and small.

I needed to have a tub replaced which is a surprising amount of work. Jose and his colleague got it done in one day. They worked hard, worked steadily and did a very good job at a reasonable price. The new tub installation looks great. I trust Jose and plan on using him in the future.
