Cant say enough about Rick and his Port Angeles counterpart, Evan. Had a huge plumbing leak one day after my new laminate flooring was installed in the kitchen. Thought we would have to start over. Called our regular plumber and he couldn't come for 2 days. Called another popular plumber and they said maybe next day. Called H2O and Rick answered and said he would send Evan in an hour and he DID! Fixed the leak AND installed 2 bathroom faucets that we were now worried about installing ourselves. H2O is now my plumber of choice. Thank you Rick...10 stars!

The owner is very involved in the scheduling and completion of the work We have built many homes over the years and these guys are the best yet. We could not be happier with our home.

I've been very happy with these guys. They have helped fix a broken gas line (accidentally broken by a different contractor) and a problematic kitchen faucett. I would trust them with any plumbing job. They are also very likeable and clean people.

They are in high demand, however, and if you have a minor (non-emergency) issue you might have to wait a few days.

The owner Rick and his crew can handle just about any plumbing n- new construction for all budgets, radiant heat, medical gas installation and upgrades/updates to your home or business. I recently hired Rick back to update plumbing at our vacation property. His design ideas and suggestion for fixtures was invaluable. Rick is a walking encyclopedia of everything plumbing. He saved us a ton of time and money by just narrowing our options and making recommendations. Work was done in a day as planned. He had everything in tow when he arrived at the project. We could not be happier with the finished project. Rick is honest as the day is long. He sticks to your budget and he's fun to work with. His positive energy and enthusiasm for plumbing is infectious. I whole heartedly recommend H2O Plumbing Contractors for your next job!

I just did a complete renovation that included all new plumbing. I own several rentals and have had lots of repairs and renovations done in the past but H2O was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I was busy and they were willing to make suggestions on choices (not really their job!) that didn't require lots of my time. Also, my timeline got interrupted due to a backordered cooktop, they not only worked with my new timeframe but they came out immediately after the cooktop and counters arrived, did a great job and checked back to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I can't say enough about how seamlessly they worked with my problems.

Oh, and if you need a new hot water heater, I'm thrilled with my tankless, a never ending supply of immediate hot water, YES!!!!

After a pre inspection on our family home in Port Angeles, I was told to contact this company as being the best in the area. Leaving an email online with no response, I then followed up by phone 2 days later. Later that afternoon a Gentleman returned my call, agreed to meet me at the homes address on December 1st to look at our heating system and finished by giving me his cell number.

November 30th, I called and left a message as a reminder and a finalized time for our meeting the next day, as I was driving 3 hours into town to meet him. Nothing. I tried all afternoon on his cell number he gave me, still nothing.

After a week of trying to reach this company to make good on our appointment to the property, I finally had the home rental service we use give it a try. Our representative introduced themselves to the gentleman on the phone, she explained the sitiuation and gave him the address, she was immediantly hung up on. With each call after pushed to the mailbox service.

We are unsure of the reasons, the actions and the reactions of this company to our home address, as I can be sure that no one was rude, or unkind to them. I emailed them for an explaination, I have yet to hear anything in return. Apparently, business must be so good that they can be so unwelcoming and the least helpful of all companies I have the pleasure of working with as we prepared our home for sale.

I would never recommend them to anyone, and have advised our home inspector of the treatment and lack of professionalism by this company in our dealings in hopes another family will never get the run around by them if it were an emergency. Thankfully, another plumber had a good guess and we were able to get heat in the house while I was living in it for 2 weeks.
