We were referred to Al from our GC. We needed a hurry up job to run a higher pressure water line to the back of the house for sprinklers. They fit the job in on a Saturday and worked in an attic in 100 degree weather to finish it on time. Great job, courteous, clean and professional in every way.
NO, it did not cost us any more $$ than the original quote, which was very reasonable. These guys will be our ""go to"" plumber when we need work done.

These guys are ruthless, they are a total rip off. I expected as a senior citizen, disabled veteran to at the very least be treated fairly not even close. I even had to supply him with 1/2"" copper pipe so he could do the job. Make sure you get a price in writing before they start if you are even brave enough to call them. Remember they were recommended by ""Home Advisor"" don't trust them either. So dissatisfied.

Be careful of this guy named Al with H2O plumbing. Prices are horrendously high and it's like robbing people who need emergent plumbing services. Al from H2O plumbing will exploit your urgency and charge you way too high. They lack any professionalism.

With 2 children and a job I do not have time to review every nice little thing I encounter.
But when in the world of home improvement where many do a poor job, show up late if at all, and try to rip you off a half of the time you meet a service provider who goes out of their way to help you and does it in a timely manner they deserve a review.
I had a neglected leaking faucet, a bath tub that was slow to drain, and one morning I found my bottom floor all flooded. Called a few companies who wanted to schedule us a day or two later. Ofer from H2O said he would squeeze us in the same day. He arrived on time, found that our main was full of roots, and cleaned it up- the flood cause was fixed.
Than he tackled our clogged bath tub, and finally the leaking faucet. Two other plumbers told me they had to replace the whole bath tub because the leak was in the wall... Ofer said he had a creative solution, fixed it, and only charged me $50 for fixing the faucet saving me hundreds if not over a thousand to replace the bath tub.
