This was pretty much an emergency appointment; to replace my broken water heater. These folks went beyond the call of duty. I was assigned to their company through Lowes. I was extremely happy with their service. I would use them again.

I got my water heater installed through Lowes. Eddie did a professional job installing my heater in 2.5 hours. He gave me a good overview of recommended settings with the heater. He also cleaned up messes and put in a few fixes needed on my old plumbing.

Do not use this man. While he came highly recommended by Lowe's, the guy is a complete flake. First it took him over a week to finally call to set up estimate. Then, when he did call and left a message, he was unreachable as his mailbox was full. NEVER did get back to us. Had to go to Lowe's to see if this contractor was legit, and still they backed him up. We trusted Lowe's so tried to get another appointment. Again, NO CALL. Finally had to go to Lowe's again to see what was up with this guy. We were there as our sales rep called on a MONDAY. No call from Eddie until THURSDAY and then he lied and said got call from Lowe's on Wednesday. Either way, we were happy that he set up an appointment for the following day between 4:00-4:30. Well it is 5:40 now and he is still a NO SHOW. No call and won't pick up cell. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR, YOU CANNOT RELY ON HIM AT ALL. And if this is how he treats potential clients, imagine how you would be treated once he has the job.

We had a kitchen sink installed by them. They asked all the right questions upfront. They took the time to do it right. They even explained why they are doing what they are doing. And finally they gave us instructions to care for it. And they were very friendly and courteous overall.

Danny from H2O did an outstanding job in replacing our toilet from Lowe's.
He was on time, took extra care in putting the parts together, checked out the toilet to ensure that it worked properly, cleaned up after the job, and very courteous.
One can't ask for a better plumber!

Eddie was super punctual and super efficient. My kitchen sink would not drain. I called him and he first told me how i could fix it myself because it was such a simple problem. I told him i couldn't do it myself and he said he would be there in an hour/hour and half. He showed up in that time frame and it took him 10 mins to fix my problem. He is literally 1/2 the price of the other big box companies. I would highly recommend him!

Eddie is a plumber that we have trusted to help install a sink, multiple faucets, gas washer, and most recently our water heater. He helped us out during a very difficult time. We noticed a leak in our water heater when we were leaving town to attend the funeral of my father. Eddie was very understanding with our situation and took care of everything for us. I know he had to adjust his personal plans to come replace our water heater on such short notice, and for that - we are very grateful. He took a very stressful situation out of our hands and allowed us to focus on family.

Eddie is the best plumber I have even dealt with. He is reasonable and always comes through with quality work. If there are ways to save money and still have a great end product Eddie talks about all of them with you and goes over every option. We met Eddie via the Lowe's contractor program... basically you buy a Lowe's product, and a contractor approved by Lowes installs it for you.

Eddie showed up PROMPTLY at 8:30am within the time window promised (8:30am to 9am). His job was to install a gas water heater. He's the owner of H2O plumbing.

Eddie was courteous and super helpful in explaining why our old unit was dying and the ins/outs of the new unit. The job was a little over 2 hours to install the hot water heater as well as install the new gas lines, water lines, and vents.

My personal inspection of his installation was a good one. There was no funny looking welds, pieces left over, stains, fingerprints, odd ""mickey-mouse"" type installation work. The hot water heater LOOKS like it belongs in it's spot and is functioning great!

Eddie also does the normal plumbing, gas, and sewage work and I plan on calling him directly in the future as honestly, our experience with other Valley-based plumbers is up there with used car sales. We've used other plumbers in the past and ALL of them walk in, quote you an astronomical price for relatively simple repairs, and then go on to ""inspect"" your house to scare you into more work.

Eddie is NOT that type of plumber. He's very straightforward, and will tell you how it is.

It's no wonder Lowes has him on this their approved contractor list. And he's a credit not only to that program, but a valuable resource if you need plumbing work directly.
