Great service, I called around 6pm and he came within the hour from the bronx and I live in Long Island too. Vincent was able to take care of our clogged main trap right away, about 20 mins or less it was done. Good price compared to other quotes I got for same job that was closer to me. He was willing to drive so far for the job. I commend his work.

I had a flooding due to a busted baseboard pipe. Vinny was willing to come by and give me an estimate during one of the biggest snow storms nyc has had in '21 (I appreciated that). Very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. He ran into minor issues but quickly figured it out. The initial estimate was steep but I do believe he will work with you. He also cleaned up after himself (always a plus for me).

Do not use this guy. I hired him to install a water heater.
He left me without an exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe he installed with tape, fell apart, so I have no exhaust pipe.
I can not turn on the water heater with the pipe because it fills my house with exhaust, and he installed a defective water heater that will not state lit, so I have no hot water.

The next day I called him and he said he was busy and would come by tommorow. I never heard from him. He would not answer my text or calls.

Also, he said he would email me the receipt and I never received it.
He do not take credit cards or give receipts

You will be making a big mistake he you hire him
