We integrated ""AMPFORCE™ Technology"" with our unique water treatment media to create a system that delivers safer, healthier, and better-tasting water. Patti m.Took TWO YEARS for you to respond!
Wow!
So glad I did not go with your company. An indication of your lack of customer respect and service.
Worst company ever. Tried to get data sheets from them while I was building the shed the filtration system was going to go in and it was like pulling teeth to get even basic information like inlet/outlet size, drainage info, backflush info, etc. I even went into their office and a woman named Sherri proceeded to be the most abrasive absolute POS I have ever dealt with customer service-wise. Trash company with trash employees. Hard-pass.
Chris H.We had our system installed a month ago. We found their service to be excellent from their salesman to our installers who explained every part of the system to us. Our clothes are now cleaner, no more calcium deposits in our showers, and great tasting water. I'm sorry to see all the negative comments on Yelp.
Karen F.I have had my system for over 10 years. I don't have to worry about maintenance on the system. It provides clean great tasting water at all the faucets in the house . My clothes come out great when I wash them . I do not have any problem with spotting I do see spots but they wipe off very easily .
Joe U.We bought a H2O system on 8/31/2012, installed on 9/14/2012 and paid $4,244. While I believed in the technology and the sales videos, my wife was not on board with paying that excessive amount for a water system. We we promised by our salesperson (Kerry K.) that in 10 years they would replace our whole H2O system with a new one, giving us 10 more years, if we pay $695 to extend our warranty. The fact that we would receive a new system in 10 years was the only way my wife would accept paying $4,244 and we bought our system. I called in June 2022 to make sure everything was ok and was told there was no ""new system"" in 10 years, and we were lied to by our salesperson apparently. I made sure to ask about sending in the extended warranty. I sent in the Extended Warranty on 8/28/2022 with my check for $695. A couple days later I received a call from a very rude representative informing me that we missed the deadline for the Warranty.
If we wanted to extend the Warranty, we would have to pay an additional $100 and $145 to test our system. WHAT???? I asked to talk to the manager. I was told Sherry would get right back to me. I didn't hear back from her for three weeks!! Sherry was the most HORRIBLE RUDE person I have ever talked to, she said we were not entitled to anything!! I missed the deadline, not intentionally. I tried to explain we were on the road for four month and sure did not mean to miss the deadline. She did not care. I have not treated so horribly in my life. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We paid $4,244.00 - 10 years ago - breakdown
$424.40 per year, $35.37 per month
I would not recommend H2O Concepts!!
Erik H.Awful awful system that after 2.5 years I'm ripping out today and replacing with a real water softener. Folks we live in AZ and this fairytale system doesn't work and I've got the hard water scale to prove it, AVOID.
Ed G.BUYER BEWARE!!!! They put a system in our house and the next day, our 20th Anniversary BTW, we woke up to a flooded house that had been remodeled less than a year ago. Had a 3rd partplumber out who determined they failed to inspect the line they drained into before they tapped into it, so he spent 15 seconds properly securing the line himself and we've had no issues since.
Followed up with H2O Concepts and they sent out a handyman to inspect what happened. Not surprisingly they determined it wasn't their fault. Never mind we had zero plumbing issues and that they chose to drain into a line they didn't inspect. Not only did they not accept responsibility, but they weren't the slightest bit sorry for the huge inconvenience. The plumber we hired to come
Out and see what was up said that most companies like this doesn't hire very experienced plumbers and that any plumber with their salt should have inspected and secured the line before they used it.
Thanks for destroying our dream house and causing us to have to live through yet another remodel. We have insurance so we'll be fine, but for them to be as obstinate as they are and not step up to make it right is enough for you to steer clear of these guys.
This company touts healthy water throughout your house but please be aware that H2O Concepts treated water leaves hard water spots on all surfaces from faucets to dishes/glassware, milky looking ice cubes and will overall require more daily care while you 'enjoy' drinking 'healthy water'. They truthfully tell you that it is NOT a water softener, be more knowledgeable about what that actually means in your house....you will now have water spots & mineral residue requiring drying or wiping down anything the water touches. I began calling their tech people within 2 weeks of install because of the water spotting & was assured & instructed to do some things that would help which Then they came out to replace the main mechanism (head) in case it might be faulty (it was not faulty). The plumber (Jon) was very good each time he was here. Less than 6 months in my house, $4800 & contacting H2O Concepts office many times with dissatisfaction very early on, they did finally finally make me 'happy' by removing the entire system & installing a high grade water softener & an RO drinking water system at no additional cost to me. A lot of frustration & money initially spent that did not need to happen. Bottom line is to do your homework first & if you buy the system, know that there is NO MONEY BACK OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. What I now have in my home would have cost much less had if I had replaced my water softener & RO system with new models in the first place rather than pay at least twice as much for a H2O Concepts 'healthy water system' & go through the aggravation I went through. If you are tired of buying salt for a softener or having to replace RO cartridges, beware of what you are going to realistically have in your home if you switch to H2O Concepts.
Had to have them come out and redo the plumbing. They were very rude. I told the guy he would H2o would not get a recommendation, and he said that's fine. Wish we would have went with someone else.
The H2O product did NOTHING to help our problem of hard water in Sedona. It changed nothing. Then, when we tried to return it, they would not take it back, refund, or do anything at allll. They're claims are lies, it doesn't do anything at all.
