Recommended Customer Reviews

This company touts healthy water throughout your house but please be aware that H2O Concepts treated water leaves hard water spots on all surfaces from faucets to dishes/glassware, milky looking ice cubes and will overall require more daily care while you 'enjoy' drinking 'healthy water'. They truthfully tell you that it is NOT a water softener, be more knowledgeable about what that actually means in your house....you will now have water spots & mineral residue requiring drying or wiping down anything the water touches. I began calling their tech people within 2 weeks of install because of the water spotting & was assured & instructed to do some things that would help which Then they came out to replace the main mechanism (head) in case it might be faulty (it was not faulty). The plumber (Jon) was very good each time he was here. Less than 6 months in my house, $4800 & contacting H2O Concepts office many times with dissatisfaction very early on, they did finally finally make me 'happy' by removing the entire system & installing a high grade water softener & an RO drinking water system at no additional cost to me. A lot of frustration & money initially spent that did not need to happen. Bottom line is to do your homework first & if you buy the system, know that there is NO MONEY BACK OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. What I now have in my home would have cost much less had if I had replaced my water softener & RO system with new models in the first place rather than pay at least twice as much for a H2O Concepts 'healthy water system' & go through the aggravation I went through. If you are tired of buying salt for a softener or having to replace RO cartridges, beware of what you are going to realistically have in your home if you switch to H2O Concepts.

Had to have them come out and redo the plumbing. They were very rude. I told the guy he would H2o would not get a recommendation, and he said that's fine. Wish we would have went with someone else.

The H2O product did NOTHING to help our problem of hard water in Sedona. It changed nothing. Then, when we tried to return it, they would not take it back, refund, or do anything at allll. They're claims are lies, it doesn't do anything at all.

I have had my system for over five years and we love it! Water tastes great! The serviceman was great and explained and answered questions, so for those who said they're professionals in the industry, is this system not doing it's job, or you just think they over do the hype? My water tastes great it seems the system is doing something?

We have had our system for four years now and very pleased with results. It's quite pricey for the average family income but worth it if you can afford it. It would be good if they could find a way to reduce the initial investment. you also have to understand it's not a water softener. It puts the hardness into solution and prevents hard water build up but surfaces in shower need to be wiped down periodically. We ran water softeners for over 30 years and won't go back. No salt. The best thing is outstanding taste of water and you still get the minerals.

This company was wonderful to work with for me. They came out and did an estimate and offered a military discount. They installed it on time and the technician was very professional. I've been using it for 2 1/2 years now and it still works perfectly when I test my water. All in all this was a really good buy and worth the high cost.

Thank you for leaving these reviews! I have an install scheduled. Now that I've read these reviews I think I just dodged a bullet. Going to cancel right now.

Bought a house that has a 1054 combo system. My first complaint is that the 10 year warranty is not transferable. The last owner paid nearly $5000 for this system. Why any product installed in a home can't transfer warranties is the most absurd business practice. Do you stand behind your product or not?
We've done some remodeling and replaced many fixtures. Within months, I'm already seeing significant calcium build up. I'm planning to send some samples to a lab to see if there is any measurable difference in water quality. In the meantime, I'll add a (real) water softener.

Just found out why our faucet valves are leaking, spots on shower glass won't come off and our dry skin is so bad. The H2O Concepts system that was installed in our new home (installed by prior owner for $4,500) was not a real water softener/filtration system (did some independent research as well). ProSkill Plumbing is installing a water softener (a real one) carbon filtration system and RO unit for nearly half of what H2O charged the original owner. Yikes, looking at the other reviews here, I'm pretty upset. You may want to rethink installing one of these H2O systems.

I was very excited about our H2O Concepts water system after watching their infomercial but a few months in started seeing signs of Hard Water damage. I watched their infomercial again and it clearly states that it will eliminate hard water problems. That is completely false. Had our instant Hot Water heater flushed out and after only 8 months of use the water was green and scaley. He said the worst he has seen. Our faucets are getting clogged with calcium so we installed a water softener in addition. I wish I had looked at honest reviews previous to purchase. BUYER BEWARE.
