We had a basement sewer pipe leak around midnight on a Friday - water coming up through the cracks in our concrete floor. Tino came out that night and worked on it, then came back the next day to remove the roots clogging the pipe causing the backup (at the front of our house) and install an access pipe. He and his team worked hard to get the job done. Great work and happy to recommend them!

The property I manage had about 1/2 inch of water in the lower level so I called Junior. He came out the the next day and said a new sump pump was needed. I GAVE HIM APPROVAL TO FIX IT AND TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO USE A CREDIT CARD. Then then left and never came back. I tried to contact him to find out why he left but he would not return my phone calls. I had to hire another plumber to fix it. I would like answer to his unprofessionalism.

Most plumbers relish the fact that getting repeat business is considered a ""positive review"". So you received 10 reviews of which 2 are negative. It doesn't look like your ""satisfied"" customers are giving you reviews!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hired them to replace a faucet. To do so they told me they needed to shut the water off in the house and before they turned the water back on they would remove the aerators in the sinks. The person they sent out, who was not a licensed plumber, was in a total rush and turned the water back on without first taking out the aerators. Over the weekend, my mother in law used the shower in the same bathroom and said the shower head isn't working. The plumber was supposed to come out to take a look but of course they sent the same guy who created the problem in the first place. He told me my shower head was broken due to sediment. The sediment of course shot through the lines when these guys jacked the water back on without first removing the aerators and broke my expensive shower head. I asked these guys for a refund and they refused. I didn't even ask them to pay for the shower head they broke. These guys are not responsible and they will blame you when they mess up the work. STAY AWAY.

Came out extremely quickly and was very helpful. Pricing was very reasonable and they didn't try to sell me on anything extra. Showed me some things he would recommend doing over time and seemed to know what he was talking about. Would recommend and have him coming out to do some other projects for my condo building.
