I use this company two years to complete shower and double sink roughing. After putting up tile and drywall come to find out that shower valves didn't come out from wall enough and copper pipes was installed incorrectly even though they could charge more to do it the right way with extra work. I was charge over $1,600 for roughing then called back to complete vanity sink install with faucets which then surprised with $1,600 to complete that due to copper piping and company continued to ignore my calls to schedule appointment. Overcharge and value for quality work is very poor!!! I pay another contractor over $900

Completed the job but leaves work partially finished to charge on additional calls. 1. Went out to fix a sump pump and put in a quiet valve. Fixed one of the valves but left the one on the primary pump without replacing or noting it needed replaced. Called back out and charged full price for the valve and call out they should've replaced or noted on the first invoice. 2. Completed additional plumbing work on the second visit (rodding out the sink and sewer lines) paid half up front as requested and was charg than half for extra time without a call or invoice sent before the charge was put through.
3. After the kitchen sink was rodded out the tenant told the plumber the dishwasher wasn't filling with water. Plumber left without looking at the issue or contacting us. No note of the issue was made on the invoice. Followed up with Brian immediately and was told they'd go back out. Valve to dishwasher water line was ""seized up"" wants to charge an additional call fee for something that was A. Likely the result of the rodding process and replacement of the disposal and B. Was found prior to the plumber leaving and ignored to get an extra visit charge. Please do yourself a favor and call Jim with Top Tier, Ron with Alert or Ryan with Elite Plumbing4u They communicate all issues found during the visit, get on site approval and charge appropriate rates. No overcharging or half completed work with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent and have no moral values! They quoted me under $1000 to install my vanity and toilet and later charged us over $4000! We were extorted out of few thousands of dollars as soon as they found out we were in a hurry to get things done and they milked us! Their plumber said the work was going to be a few hours maybe three but then he stayed for almost 12 hours and said he likes to take his time and do the job very slowly! We literally had to threw him out as he wanted to stay longer and it was 11:00 at night already! They did a below sub-par job and it's still not fixed and they won't honor their work to fix it! That's because they knew they did a crappy job! Again, look elsewhere and STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO SHOULDN'T EVEN BE IN BUSINESS! Because having a business is a privilege and not a tool to cheat and make money this way!
