Excellent service from all staff. Thorough, informative, professional. I highly recommend them.

The service tech used a video scope to examine the heat exchangers and then showed me the many cracks that would lead to carbon monoxide being released. I didn't have to rely on their say-so; the evidence was in right in front of me. They explained the issues with my old furnace and discussed options tailored to my house and needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy an expensive new furnace; their service reps shared information and I made the decisions.

The estimator discussed options and alternatives with me, giving me information to make the decision about which brand to replace my old one with. The cost was very reasonable, and their payment plan helpful.

We are SO HAPPY we called H2C Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for a second opinion on our malfunctioning older boiler! We originally called the people with all the billboards in & around NE Mpls - they came away with ""Inform customer to replace boiler it's not worth putting over $3000 into it.""
