H20 charged a client $600 to replace 3 valves and 2 hoses under a sink. The job took less than an hour including the time they took to go buy the parts, which couldn't have totaled more than $60. Don't bother with this company.

Servicer was polite, but misleading and expensive and I feel like took advantage of the customer. They charged a 250 flat rate to unclog the kitchen sink. They charged a 250 flat rate to install a garbage disposal that we purchased on our own. They were there 1.5 hours total to do both (500 for 1.5 hours of work).

They did not unclog the sink properly and had to return 2 days later to fix it again after our dishwasher flooded. This was free of charge, but a huge inconvenience having to wait for them to return.

H2O Plumbing worked hard to unclog my main line in the absence of an outdoor cleanout. They were friendly, explained the process, and even offered a discount when completion of the job was delayed.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They will take care of you!

The service was good and they did a great job installing the icemaker plumbing for the fridge but I later found out that they charged me way overpriced. The normal price would be somewhere between $350 to $400 for this work and I was charged $650. I will not hire them anymore.
