I couldn't be happier with the service. A crew showed up, walked us through our plumbing problems and had us up and flushing again in no time at all. A professional crew that was a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks H20!!

These scums are running a loud compressor at midnight on a workweek in a residential neighborhood. They have woken up me and my children. The police have been called! Do not use these inconsiderate people.

My apartment complex uses this company. Our only shower was broken for over 2 months and we complained to the point of telling them we were not going to pay them any money until we could shower, they called these guys. A man they told me was the owner spent 20 min in our bathroom telling me everything that he was going to fix, and why it was broken. He told me he was going to put in a new shower head, as ours got broken during the exploratory work. He said that first thing in the morning that his workers would be out. The next morning comes and goes, the whole day goes by, no workers and no call. The next day 2 workers show up with no explanation why they didn't come the day before.
They get to work, I go in to see if they need anything, and to ask about the shower head. One is polite and says that no one told him about it, so he would have to call and make sure. Understandable, I wouldn't just trust some stranger either, witch is why I asked before they got to far along. While I was talking to the first man, his partner just says "no one told you that." The man I was talking with first tells me he will call and check. I say thank you and walk out. In the hallway I hear the second man say, "she doesn't know what she's talking about, no one came and talked to her, she can't tell the difference between us and the maintenance workers." At this point I went back in and told the the name of the man I had spoken with, what he looked like. (i can't recall the name now as it has been a month.) The first man told me he would call and apologized. They finished up their work, I'm assuming no one called the office, as no one said a word to me or fixed the shower head, and left.
The next morning we try to run the shower, 3 min later maintenance is banging on our door. Water is leaking into the apartment below us. They call H20 to come back out and fix what they did wrong. When I opened the door it was the same rude man from before. He didn't say anything, just looked at me. Lucky my husband was home, or I'm not sure I would of let him in at all. He didn't say a word to us.
He fixed what was wrong and just walked out, didn't say anything. When I went into the bathroom, I found our toilet seat had been broken off. He broke our toilet and just left. Even if it was an accident he didn't say anything or offer to fix or replace it.
I had hopes when the man claiming to be the owner came to talk to me, then his men were rude, did poor work, broke things, then left.
If we ever need plumbing work again while we are still in this apartment we will contact a different company ourselves.

Laurie Souhrada and Jennie are the worst apartment helpers Ive ever had the experience dealing with. Since 3 months ago when I moved in, my apartment has developed 3 major water leak problems and Lorie is adamant about not calling a professional plumber or contractor to take a look at them. One leak in the master bath is so bad that the whole bedroom sub-floor above me is shot, and now I have to wake up at 5am everyday because that's when my neighbor above me wakes up and gets ready, and the noise he makes wakes me up every morning. Ive tried multiple times to talk to Lorie (property manager) about this, but she just suggests that Im lying and she tries to say that the maintenance men (who have no certifications or training that they can prove) will tear into my wall and fix my plumbing problem, without relocating myself or roommate during this labor intensive fix. I have asked to be moved to another vacant apartment while the necessary fixes where made to my current apartment, but those requests ave been denied every time, with no time table for repairs to be made by qualified repair men. Do not rent from this apartment, there are nicer places within walking distance of the lake and trail. You will be disappointed if you sign a lease here. I know 3 other couples who are trying to break their lease as well. Look other places.
***UPDATE 1/26/16: A plumber from H20 Plumbing (don't patronize them) came out and looked at my apartment for 20 mins. He did nothing inside the walls, I cant even prove he was actually in my apartment. He left an evaluation stating that the rapid dripping noise caused by the leaky pipes above me where "...pipe PVC (sic) swells & touches 2"x4" wood. Does not happen with cold water." ...even though it happens with cold water as well...Ive seen it personally when the maintenance crew tried all the water outlets in my upstairs neighbor's apt. Now, I work as Mechanical Designer for a rather large MEP Firm in Dallas, so I know enough to know that this explanation was bunk, so I called H20 to get an explanation to go along with their description and they refused to discuss the matter with me personally because "you're not our customer, the apartment complex is..." This smells like a cover-up.
